Abstract
Bali adalah salah satu provinsi di Indonesia yang cukup dikenal secara global. Setelah pandemi mulai mereda, pengunjung di Bali mulai meningkat dengan tajam sejak akhir kuartal pertama di tahun 2022. Bandara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai menjadi pintu masuk bagi pengunjung yang datang melalui jalur udara, sehingga menjadikan bandara tersebut sebagai bandara tersibuk ke-dua di Indonesia. Pertumbuhan pengunjung yang signifikan tentu berdampak pada kepadatan lalu lintas yang ikut bertambah. Kepadatan lalu lintas juga disebabkan oleh mayoritas pengguna jalan lebih memilih untuk menggunakan transportasi pribadi daripada transportasi publik. Kepadatan lalu lintas yang berimbas pada kemacetan di beberapa ruas jalan akan mengganggu akses menuju bandara. Bus Transit adalah salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan layanan transportasi publik untuk mengurangi kemacetan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis mengenai aksesibilitas terhadap Bandara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai dengan menggunakan Bus Transit. Pada studi ini analisis aksesibilitas dilakukan dengan beberapa langkah. Dimulai dengan mengetahui destinasi dan/atau daerah wisata yang ada di sekitar rute bus. Kemudian daerah-daerah tersebut akan dibagi menjadi beberapa zona berdasarkan kecamatan. Setelah itu dilakukan survey distance dan travel time dari masing-masing zona menggunakan alat bantu Google Maps. Kemudian dihitung Indeks Alpha, Indeks Beta, Indeks Gamma, serta Valued Graph Matrix untuk mendapatkan indeks aksesibilitas Bandara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Selain itu, dilakukan juga analisis akses halte terhadap pusat kegiatan di setiap zona. Dari hasil studi ini diketahui bahwa tingkat aksesibilitas Bandara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai dengan menggunakan moda Bus Transit dipengaruhi oleh beberapa factor seperti jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuh masing-masing kecamatan menuju bandara, serta konektivitas antar kecamatan yang dilalui oleh rute Bus Transit. Berdasarkan konektivitas di tingkat jaringan, Indeks Alpha dan Indeks Beta menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Kuta Selatan adalah kecamatan dengan aksesibilitas paling rendah dengan nilai Indeks Alpha (α) = 0, dan memiliki jaringan konektivitas yang paling sederhana dengan nilai Indeks Beta (β) = 0.5. Sedangkan menurut Indeks Gamma, kecamatan dengan aksesibilitas paling rendah adalah Kecamatan Denpasar Timur dengan nilai Indeks Gamma (γ) = 0.533. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Valued Graph Matrix, Kecamatan Ubud merupakan kecamatan dengan aksesibilitas paling rendah.

Bali, a globally renowned province in Indonesia, has experienced a rapid increase in visitors since the subsiding of the pandemic in late Q1 of 2022. As one of the main entry points for air travelers, I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport has become the second busiest airport in Indonesia. However, this surge in visitors has led to heightened traffic density, exacerbated by the preference for private transportation over public options. The resulting congestion on several roads has created challenges in accessing the airport. To alleviate this issue, the government has implemented Bus Transit to enhance public transportation services and reduce congestion.To assess the accessibility of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport via Bus Transit, a comprehensive analysis is being conducted in several steps. First, the study identifies the key destinations and tourist areas along the bus route. These areas are then categorized into distinct zones based on their respective districts. Subsequently, distance and travel time surveys are conducted from each zone using the Google Maps tool. The collected data is utilized to calculate the Alpha Index, Beta Index, Gamma Index, and Valued Graph Matrix, which collectively generate the accessibility index for the airport. Additionally, an analysis of bus stop access to activity centers within each zone is carried out to further evaluate the effectiveness of the BRT system.From this study, it is known that the accessibility level of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport using the Bus Transit mode is influenced by several factors, such as the distance and travel time from each district to the airport, as well as the connectivity between districts along the Bus Transit routes. Based on network-level connectivity, the Alpha Index and Beta Index indicate that Kuta Selatan District has the lowest accessibility, with Alpha Index value (α) = 0and the simplest network connectivity, with Beta Index value (β) = 0.5. Meanwhile, according to the Gamma Index, the district with the lowest accessibility is Denpasar Timur, with Gamma Index value (γ) = 0.533. According to the Valued Graph Matrix calculation Ubud District has the lowest accessibility level.
