Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara pembuat tembakau paling banyak di dunia. Produksi tembakau yang diolah menjadi rokok tiap tahunnya membuat tiap kebun dan petani tembakau di beberapa daerah yang ada di Indonesia, menghasilkan limbah tembakau berupa daun yang tidak lulus seleksi, tangkai, bahkan bunga tembakaunya yang nantinya hanya dibakar oleh para petani dan hanya akan memicu pencemaran udara, sebab tiap bagian dari tanaman tembakau mengandung nikotin. Para petani belum menemukan alternatif lain untuk mengolah limbah tanaman tembakau agar memiliiki nilai guna dan nilai ekonomis sendiri. Fenomena green design interior yang berkembang di zaman sekarang pun mulai diminati oleh masyarakat, menggunakan style interior natural rustic untuk mengembangkan produk yang dibuat. Pembuatan lampu dekoratif diolah dengan 2 teknik olahan, secara organik dan komposit. Menghasilkan komposisi bahan alami menggunakan air, cuka, madu, tepung kentang kentang dan bubuk tembakau untuk olahan komposit dan tepung tapioca, air, cuka untuk olahan organic. Material tersebut digunakan untuk proses pembuatan kap lampu dekoratif berjenis lampu dinding, lampu gantung, lampu standing dan lampu meja, bergaya ruanagn natural rustic bertemakan green design interior.

Indonesia is one of the largest tobacco producing countries in the world. The production of tobacco that is processed into cigarettes every year causes every tobacco garden and farmer in several regions in Indonesia to produce tobacco waste in the form of leaves that do not pass the selection, stalks, and even tobacco flowers which will only be burned by farmers and will only trigger air pollution. , because every part of the tobacco plant contains nicotine. The farmers have not yet found another alternative for processing tobacco plant waste so that it has its own use value and economic value. The phenomenon of green interior design that is developing nowadays is starting to be in demand by the public, using natural rustic interior styles to develop the products they make. The manufacture of decorative lamps is processed by 2 processing techniques, organically and compositely. Producing natural ingredient compositions using water, vinegar, honey, potato starch and tobacco powder for composite preparations and tapioca flour, water, vinegar for organic preparations. This material is used for the process of making decorative lampshades of the type of wall lamps, pendant lamps, standing lamps and table lamps, in a natural rustic style with a green interior design theme.
