Abstract

Penyakit kardiovaskular adalah istilah untuk serangkaian gangguan yang menyerang jantung dan pembuluh darah. Penyakit ini merupakan penyebab kematian nomor 1 di dunia, dimana pada tahun 2019 penyakit jantung dan sejenisnya menyebabkan 8.9 Juta jiwa kehilangan hidupnya dan pengidap penyakit kardiovaskular di Indonesia sendiri sebanyak 15 dari 1.000 orang.Rumah Sakit Jantung Binawaluya merupakan Rumah Sakit Khusus Penyakit Jantung dan Kardiovaskular Swasta pertama di Indonesia yang telah berdiri sejak 2004 silam. Fasilitas kesehatan layaknya rumah sakit berperan penting dalam pengobatan penyakit Kardiovaskular, dimana berperan sebagai akomodasi pasien dalam proses pengobatan. Walaupun pasien merupakan sasaran utama dalam sebuah fasilitas kesehatan, tidak semua fasilitas kesehatan dirancang berlandaskan sepenuhnya atas kenyamanan pasien. Faktor psikologis sangat berkaitan erat dengan lingkungan pasien berada dimana untuk mendukung kondisi psikologis pasien perlu diciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman, dalam arti secara psikologis lingkungan memberikan dukungan positif bagi proses penyembuhan. Rancangan disusun melalui metode design thinking untuk dapat memahami pasien dan pengguna lainnya melalui skala individual. Perancangan ini berupaya untuk menjadi salah solusi untuk menciptakan kondisi lingkungan fisik dan non-fisik Rumah Sakit Jantung Binawaluya yang nyaman dan mengurangi dampak buruk dari respon psikologis pasien selama prosedur dalam instalasi rawat inap. dengan menerapkan preferensi, persepsi, dan kebutuhan pasien kardiovaskular melalui konsep patient centered design yaitu dengan aspek; comfort, control, connect, dan access.

Cardiovascular disease is a term for a series of disorders that affect the heart and blood vessels. This disease is the number 1 cause of death in the world, where in 2019 heart disease and the like caused 8.9 million people to lose their lives and people with cardiovascular disease in Indonesia alone accounted for 15 out of 1,000 people. Binawaluya Heart Hospital is the first private private heart and cardiovascular disease hospital in Indonesia which was established in 2004. Health facilities such as hospitals play an important role in the treatment of cardiovascular disease, which acts as accommodation for patients in the treatment process. Even though patients are the main target in a health facility, not all health facilities are designed based entirely on patient comfort. Psychological factors are very closely related to the environment the patient is in where to support the patient's psychological condition it is necessary to create a comfortable environment, in the sense that psychologically the environment provides positive support for the healing process. The design process conducted using the design thinking method to be able understand patients and other users on an individual scale. This design seeks to be one of the solutions to create comfortable physical and non-physical environmental conditions at Binawaluya Heart Hospital and reduce the adverse effects of patient psychological responses during procedures in inpatient installations. by implementing the preferences, perceptions, and needs of cardiovascular patients through the concept of patient centered design, namely with aspects; comfort, control, connect, and access.
