Abstract

Undang-Undang yang mengatur jumlah minimal penyandang disabilitas kerja dalam suatu perusahaan sudah dibuat dengan baik. Namun, angka minimal tersebut belum terpenuhi dengan baik, ditambah dengan penurunan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja perempuan selama usia produktif kerja. Dalam dunia pekerjaan, perempuan dengan disabilitas fisik sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang berasal dari lingkungan luar dan internal. Salah satu tantangan yang paling berdampak adalah rasa rendah diri sebelum memasuki dunia pekerjaan. Berdasarkan data yang berhasil dikumpulkan, upaya yang dilakukan oleh Himpunan Wanita Disabilitas Indonesia selaku Stakeholder dalam pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan perempuan belum tersampaikan secara efektif, sehingga penyandang disabilitas masih sering mengandalkan bantuan dana dari pihak-pihak tertentu. Untuk mendukung perancangan kampanye ini, dilakukan dengan beberapa metode penelitian yang diantaranya adalah studi literatur, studi eksisting, studi komparator, depth interview, studi eksperimental, dan validasi audiens sebagai evaluasi rancangan desain. Tujuan dari perancangan kampanye ini adalah sebagai sarana edukasi, peningkatan wawasan, dan wadah agar kelompok ini dapat lebih berani dan bersemangat untuk bersaing dalam dunia kerja. Selain itu, melalui perancangan ini diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan kebijakan yang ada, meningkatkan kesadaran penyandang disabilitas fisik perempuan akan pentingnya peran mereka dalam dunia kerja, dan memahami hak-hak istimewa yang mereka miliki. Hasil luaran yang digunakan pada perancangan kampanye ini antara lain penggunaan media sosial dan event sebagai media utama dengan pemanfaatan fitur feeds, story, reels, dan collaboration sebagai sarana untuk menyampaikan pesan dan mempromosikan inklusi. Selain itu, terdapat merchandise, print ads, dan video iklan layanan masyarakat untuk menyebarkan informasi serta pesan dari Kampanye “Pantas Berkarier”.

The law regulating the minimum number of disabled workers in a company has been well established. However, the minimum quota has not been adequately met, compounded by the declining female labor force participation rate during the productive working age. In the workplace, women with physical disabilities often face various challenges from both external and internal environments. One of the most impactful challenges is a sense of low self-esteem before entering the workforce. Based on collected data, the efforts made by the Indonesian Disabled Women Association as a stakeholder in the empowerment program for women have not been effectively communicated, resulting in disabled individuals still relying heavily on financial assistance from certain parties. To support the design of this campaign, several research methods were employed, including literature study, existing studies, comparator studies, depth interviews, experimental studies, and audience validation as an evaluation of the design draft. The purpose of this campaign design is to serve as a means of education, raise awareness, and provide a platform for this group to become more confident and enthusiastic in competing in the job market. Additionally, through this campaign, it is hoped that existing policies can be maximized, increasing awareness among physically disabled women about the importance of their role in the workforce and understanding their rights and privileges. The outcomes used in this campaign design include the use of social media and events as primary media, utilizing features such as feeds, stories, reels, and collaborations as a means to convey messages and promote inclusion. Furthermore, merchandise, print ads, and public service announcement videos are utilized to disseminate information and messages from the "Deserving a Career" Campaign.
