Abstract

Potensi peningkatan arus pariwisata dapat membawa hasil ekonomi yang positif dalam produk domestik bruto (PDB) dan kesempatan kerja, disertai dengan adanya inovasi pengembangan untuk meningkatkan minat kunjungan wisatawan yang menurun. PT. Rumah Atsiri Indonesia merupakan salah satu industri pariwisata dan hospitality yang memiliki urgensi penurunan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, muncul upaya untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dan menjangkau target pasar baru dengan tetap
menjalankan pilar utama dalam bisnisnya, melalui inovasi terkait community engagement dalam bentuk penciptaan kegiatan yang berkonsep seni dan artistik melalui program residensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan guideline pelaksanaan program residensi Rumah Atsiri Indonesia yang terstruktur dan sesuai dengan output yang diharapkan pemangku kepentingan dan para pihak terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan penggabungan metode design
thinking dan house of quality untuk pengolahan data wawancara yang didapat. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa guideline pelaksanaan program residensi untuk Rumah Atsiri Indonesia yang meliputi aspek operasional, pemasaran dan modifikasi business model yang mencakup identifikasi standar seniman, rancangan waktu pelaksanaan, marketing plan melalui
penciptaan konten dan budgeting yang ada dalam business model yang disusun. Rancangan guideline program residensi yang menjadi hasil dalam penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk membantu dalam pelaksanaan program residensi Rumah Atsiri Indonesia di batch selanjutnya.

The potential increase in tourism flows can bring positive economic outcomes in gross domestic product (GDP) and employment opportunities, accompanied by development
innovations to increase the interest of declining tourist visits. PT Rumah Atsiri Indonesia is one of the tourism and hospitality industries that has the urgency of decreasing the number of tourist visits. Based on this, there is an effort to increase tourist visits and reach new target
markets while still carrying out the main pillars of its business, through innovations related to community engagement in the form of creating activities with an artistic concept through a residency program. This research aims to create a guideline design for the implementation of
the Rumah Atsiri Indonesia residency program that is structured and in accordance with the expected output of stakeholders and related parties. This research uses a combination of design thinking and house of quality methods to process the interview data obtained. The result of this research is a guideline for the implementation of the residency program for Rumah Atsiri Indonesia which includes operational, marketing and modified business model aspects which include identification of artist standards, draft implementation time, marketing plan through content creation and budgeting in the compiled business model. The draft
residency program guideline that is the result of this research can be used as a reference to assist in the implementation of the Rumah Atsiri Indonesia residency program in the next batch.
