Abstract

Indonesia Manufacturing Center (IMC) merupakan pusat kolaborasi pengembangan dan pemanfaatan teknologi industri dengan konsep one-stop service yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hubungan antara perusahaan industri dan perguruan tinggi atau lembaga penelitian dan pengembangan industri dalam negeri dan luar negeri. Salah satu misi dari IMC adalah membangun jejaring kemitraan antara industri, perguruan tinggi, dan pemerintah. Hal ini diwujudkan melalui fasilitas eksibisi atau ruang pamer yang dilengkapi dengan sarana prasarana pendukung. Pada kesempatan ini, penulis mencanangkan pendekatan interaktif sensory pada ruang pamer yang menampilkan produk olahan industri manufaktur dalam negeri. Dengan melakukan studi literatur, studi pengguna, studi eksisting dan selanjutnya melalui proses analisis data menggunakan metode design thinking. Penulis mengusulkan konsep pendekatan interactive sensory dengan pemanfaatan teknologi berupa Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), dan Projection Mapping. Diharapkan implementasi konsep tersebut dapat mewujudkan tujuan dari Indonesia Manufacturing Center sebagai wadah pusat kolaborasi dalam membangun jejaring kerjasama. Dimana dengan menggunakan pendekatan ini pada impelemntasi ruang interior dapat meningkatkan daya ingat akan sebuah konten atau isu yang diangkat terhadap pengunjung sehingga pesan dapat tersampaikan dengan baik dan menarik perhatian pengunjung. Pengalaman yang didapatkan setelah mengunjungi pameran dapat tersimpan dalam memori ingatan dan mengunjungi pameran tersebut kembali dengan mengajak pengunjung lainnya untuk menciptakan ruang kolaborasi dan kerjasama antar pihak.

Indonesia Manufacturing Center (IMC) is a collaborative center for the development and utilization of industrial technology with a one-stop service concept that aims to improve the relationship between industrial companies and universities or domestic and foreign industrial research and development institutions. One of the missions of IMC is to build a network of partnerships between industry, universities, and government. This is realized through Exhibition facilities or showrooms equipped with supporting infrastructure. On this occasion, the author launched a sensory interactive approach to the showroom featuring processed products of the domestic manufacturing industry. By conducting a literature study, user study, existing study and then through a data analysis process using the design thinking method. The author proposes the concept of interactive sensory approach by utilizing technology in the form of Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Projection Mapping. It is expected that the implementation of this concept can realize the objectives of the Indonesia Manufacturing Center as a forum for collaboration centers in building cooperation networks. Where by using this approach in the interior space implementation can increase the memory of a content or issue raised to visitors so that the message can be conveyed well and attract visitors' attention. The experience gained after visiting the exhibition can be stored in memory and visit the exhibition again by inviting other visitors to create a space for collaboration and cooperation between parties.
