Abstract

Setiap tahunnya, harga dasar listrik PLN konvensional mengalami kenaikan sekitar 10%. Salah satu cara untuk menghemat biaya listrik adalah dengan cara memproduksi listrik sendiri, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan enrgi terbarukan seperti adanya Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) yang rencananya akan dibangun di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Koja. Kelayakan proyek pembangunan PLTS di RSUD Koja dianalisis melalui studi empiris dengan hanya menggunakan metode observasi struktural, mulai dari desain teknis sistem konfigurasi PLTS yang diusulkan, seperti estimasi produksi energi yang dihasilkan dan kelayakan investasi dari aspek ke-ekonomian dengan menggunakan metode Capital Budgeting. Selain itu, dilakukan analisis terhadap desain teknis panel surya atap dengan kapasitas total 8,4056 MWp, menggunakan sistem grid connected, yang didukung oleh 24016 unit modul PV 350 Wp dan 76 unit inverter berkapasitas 40 kW. Selanjutnya, energi yang akan dihasilkan oleh proposal PLTS atap ini dianalisa sebesar 402005,8 MWh/tahun. Hasil dari aspek ke-ekonomian pada pembangkit listrik tenaga surya atap adalah layak. PLTS tersebut memiliki nilai NPV, PI, IRR dan DPP yang memenuhi kriteria yang sesuai

Every year, the basic price of conventional PLN electricity increases by about 10%. One of the alternatives to save electricity costs is to produce electricity itself, namely by utilizing renewable energy such as the Solar Power Plant (PLTS) which is planned to be built at Koja Regional Public Hospital. The feasibility of the solar power plant development project at Koja Regional Public Hospital is analysed through the technical design of the proposed solar configuration system, such as the estimation of energy production generated and the feasibility of the investment from an economic point of view using the capital budgeting method. In addition, it is analysed by the technical design of solar panel with a total capacity of 8.4056 MWp, using a grid connected system, supported by 24016 units of 350 Wp PV modules and 76 units of inverters with a capacity of 40 kW. Furthermore, the energy to be generated by the rooftop solar power plant proposal is analysed at 402005.8 MWh/year. The results from economic point of view on solar power plant is feasible. It has NPV, PI, IRR and DPP values that meet appropriate criteria
