Abstract
Motor Induksi tiga fasa merupakan jenis motor listrik yang paling banyak digunakan
dalam dunia industri. Salah satunya pada industri maritim. Pengaplikasian motor induksi tiga
fasa dalam industri maritim terletak pada sistem propulsi elektrik pada kapal. motor induksi
tiga fasa dalam sistem propulsi elektrik berfungsi sebagai Primemover. kapal memiliki kondisi
berlayar yang berbeda-beda seperti pada kondisi sailing dan manuvering. Kecepatan pada
kapal pada dua kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan kecepatan motor induksi tiga fasa pada sistem
propulsi elektrik mengalami perubahan akibat beban yang berubah. maka dari itu perlu adanya
Pengaturan Kontrol kecepatan dan torsi pada sistem propulsi elektrik. Pada penelitian ini, dibuat
pemodelan motor untuk mengendalikan kecepatan motor induksi menggunakan PWM Inverter
tiga fasa. sistem keseluruhan dari propulsi elektrik pada kapal terdiri atas Motor induksi tiga
fasa sebagai primemover, Sumber tegangan AC yang didapat dari generator, Rectifier tiga fasa,
Filter pasif dan PWM Inverter tiga fasa. Untuk mengatur nilai frekuensi yang sesuai pada
inverter dibutuhkan suatu krontroler. salah satu kontroler yang paling banyak digunakan adalah
kontroler PID untuk mengendalikan PWM inverter tiga fasa. Nilai parameter kontrol yang ada
pada kontroler PID sangat berpengaruh terhadap respon kecepatan motor. Nilai parameter PID
dapat dicari secara manual untuk setiap kondisi kecepatan. Validasi dilakukan dengan
menggunakan perangkat lunak Simulink Matlab. Sistem diuji menggunakan dua metode, yaitu
pengujian perubahan kecepatan terhadap beban yang tetap dan pengujian perubahan beban
terhadap kecepatan yang konstan. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa pada beban tetap, pada
Kecepatan 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, dan 650.8 RPM didapat error steady-state sebesar
0.17, 0.265, 0.362, 0.207, 0.13, 0.175, dan 0.092%. dengan rise time sebesar 1.021, 0.594,
1.468, 1.213, 1.302, 1.303, dan 1,508 detik dan settling time sebesar 1.214, 0.819, 1.621, 1.622,
1.376, 1.587 dan 1.628 detik. pada kondisi kecepatan konstan 650.8 RPM. Pada torsi 3145,
6290, 9435, dan 12580 Nm Didapat error steady-state sebesar 0.181, 0.104, 0.131, dan 0.092%.
dengan rise time sebesar 1.072, 1.098, 1.149 dan 1,508 detik dan settling time sebesar 1.303,
1.3, 1.293 dan 1.628 detik. Dari hasil simulasi, dibandingkan dengan penelitian sebelumnya
yang menyatakan bahwa error steady state sistem sebesar 0.6%, Rise time 2.295 detik, dan
Settling time 3.78 detik maka model sistem pengaturan torsi-kecepatan motor induksi tiga fasa
dengan pengendali PID sudah lebih baik

The three-phase Induction Motor is the most widely used type of electric motor in the
industrial world. One of them is the marine industry. The application of three-phase induction
motors in the maritime industry lies in the electric propulsion system on ships. three-phase
induction motors in the electric propulsion system function as Primemovers. ships have
different sailing conditions such as sailing and manoeuvering conditions. the speed of the ship
in these two conditions determines the speed of the three-phase induction motor in the electric
propulsion system to change due to the changing load. hence the need for speed and torque
control settings in the electric propulsion system. In this study, motor modelling was carried
out to control the speed of the induction motor using a three-phase PWM inverter. the overall
electric propulsion system on the ship consists of a three-phase induction motor as the prime
mover, an AC voltage source obtained from a generator, a three-phase rectifier, a passive filter
and a three-phase PWM inverter. To set the appropriate frequency value on the inverter, a
controller is needed. one of the most commonly used controllers is the PID controller to control
the three-phase PWM inverter. The value of the control parameters in the PID controller greatly
affects the speed response of the motor. PID parameter values can be manually searched for
each speed condition. Validation is carried out using Simulink Matlab software. The system has
been tested using two methods, namely testing speed changes against a fixed load and testing
load changes against a constant speed. The test results show that at a fixed load, at speeds of
100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, and 650.8 RPM, the steady-state error is 0.17, 0.265, 0.362,
0.207, 0.13, 0.175, and 0.092% . with rise time of 1.021, 0.594, 1.468, 1.213, 1.302, 1.303, and
1.508 seconds and settling times of 1.214, 0.819, 1.621, 1.622, 1.376, 1.587 and 1.628 seconds.
at a constant speed condition of 650.8 RPM. with torques of 3145, 6290, 9435, and 12580 Nm,
steady-state errors of 0.181, 0.104, 0.131, and 0.092% were obtained. with rise time of 1.072,
1.098, 1.149 and 1.508 seconds and settling times of 1.303, 1.3, 1.293 and 1.628 seconds. From
the simulation results, Compared with previous studies, which stated that the steady-state error
of the system was 0.6%, the rise time was 2.295 seconds, and the settling time was 3.78 seconds,
the model for the torque-speed control system for three-phase induction motors with PID
controllers is better.
