Abstract
Pada sistem pneumatik, jenis valve yang digunakan disini itu ada 3, yaitu 2 PD (2 Position Double Solenoid), 3 PD (3 Position Double Solenoid) dan 3 PS (3 Position Single Solenoid). Dalam penerapannya apabila cylindernya bergerak secara vertical biasanya menggunakan tipe 3PD Closed Center serta menggunakan released valve atau finger valve. Jika, untuk bergereak horizontal maju mundur menggunakan tipe solenoid 2PD. Kemudian, untuk gripper biasanya menggunakan tipe 2PD ditambah individual sup spacer, sehinga ketika emergency di tekan, chuck / penjepit gripper tidak lepas. Adapun Force dari setiap aktuator tidak lebih dari 15 kgf atau 147,1 N. Spring Assembly Jig Machine ini dapat di adjust maju mundur maupun naik turun, sehingga diharapkan dapat dengan mudah mencapai posisi yang paling presisi dalam proses assembly nya.
