Abstract

Simpang Presdo merupakan salah satu persimpangan jalan yang mempunyai tingkat volume lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi di Kota Bekasi. Hal ini diakibatkan karena tingginya kepadatan penduduk di sekitar daerah persimpangan tersebut. Pembangunan Jalan Tol Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu Segmen 2A Ujung menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan tata ruang pada Simpang Presdo. On/off ramp dari jalan tol tersebut terhubung dengan Simpang Presdo yang menyebabkan adanya penambahan lengan simpang. Hal tersebut menyebabkan bertambah pula titik konflik lalu lintas pada persimpangan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, direncanakan pengurangan lengan simpang dengan cara melakukan perencanaan ulang geometrik Entrance dan Exit Ramp Margajaya untuk mengurangi titik konflik lalu lintas pada Simpang Presdo. Tidak hanya perencanaan ulang geometrik ramp, tapi juga dilakukan pembaharuan geometrik Simpang Presdo untuk menunjang pergerakan kendaraan pada simpang tersebut. Perencanaan ini mengacu pada beberapa literatur, yaitu Peraturan Bina Marga No. 007/BM/2009 tentang Perencanaan Geometrik untuk Jalan Bebas Hambatan, No. 01/T/BNKT/1992 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Persimpangan Sebidang Jalan Perkotaan, Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 34 Tahun 2014 tentang Marka Jalan, Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 13 Tahun 2014, dan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kinerja Simpang Presdo kondisi existing diketahui bahwa nilai derajat kejenuhan pada jam puncak cukup tinggi yaitu mencapai 0.98. Setelah dilakukan perencanaan ulang, hasil perhitungan analisis kinerja simpang menunjukkan nilai derajat kejenuhan yang lebih kecil yaitu sebesar 0.92, yang berarti bahwa dilihat dari segi lalu lintas desain perencanaan ulang lebih baik daripada kondisi existing. Pada perencanaan ulang ini, trase yang direncanakan terdiri dari on ramp dan off ramp, dimana untuk off ramp terbagi menjadi dua yaitu off ramp menuju Simpang Presdo dan off ramp menuju Jl. Veteran. Pada off ramp menuju Simpang Presdo direncanakan sebanyak 5 tikungan yang terdiri dari 4 tikungan FC dan 1 tikungan SCS. Sedangkan pada off ramp menuju Jl. Veteran direncanakan sebanyak 3 tikungan yang terdiri dari 1 lengkung FC, 1 lengkung SCS, dan 1 lengkung SS. Pada on ramp direncanakan terdapat 4 tikungan yang terdiri dari 1 lengkung SCS, 1 lengkung SS, dan 2 lengkung FC.

Presdo Intersection is one of the intersections that has a high level of traffic volume in Bekasi City. This is due to the high population density around the intersection area. The construction of Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu Toll Road Segment 2A Ujung has caused spatial changes at Presdo Intersection. The on/off ramps of the toll road are connected to the Presdo Intersection which causing an additional intersection arm. This causes an increase in traffic conflict points at the intersection. Therefore, it is planned to reduce the intersection arm by re-planning the geometrics of the Margajaya Entrance and Exit Ramp to reduce traffic conflict points at the Presdo Intersection. Not only ramp geometric re-planning, but also the geometric renewal of Presdo Intersection is carried out to support the movement of vehicles at the intersection. This planning refers to several literatures, namely Bina Marga Regulation No. 007/BM/2009 on Geometric Planning for Freeways, No. 01/T/BNKT/1992 on Procedures for Planning Intersections of Urban Roads, Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 34 of 2014 on Road Markings, Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 13 of 2014, and Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. Based on the results of the performance analysis of the Presdo Intersection under existing conditions, it is known that the degree of saturation value at peak hours is quite high, reaching 0.98. After re-planning, the results of the calculation of the intersection performance analysis show a smaller degree of saturation value of 0.92, which means that in terms of traffic the re-planning design is better than the existing conditions. In this re-planning, the planned trajectory consists of on-ramps and off-ramps, where the off-ramps are divided into two, namely the off-ramp to the Presdo Intersection and the off-ramp to Jl. Veteran. On the off ramp to Simpang Presdo, 5 bends are planned, consisting of 4 FC bends and 1 SCS bend. While the off ramp to Jl. Veteran is planned for 3 bends consisting of 1 FC curve, 1 SCS curve, and 1 SS curve. On the on ramp, 4 bends are planned consisting of 1 SCS curve, 1 SS curve, and 2 FC curves.
