Abstract
Perubahan gaya hidup milenial memicu pertumbuhan industri kafe di Surabaya. Pada data BPS menunjukkan kenaikan rata-rata tanda daftar usaha kafe dalam 5 tahun terakhir (BPS, 2022). Menurut ketua Asosiasi Pengusaha Kafe dan Restoran Indonesia (Apkrindo) Jawa Timur, tren pertumbuhan kafe berbasis kopi meningkat 16 persen - 18 persen seiring dengan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat perkotaan. Salah satu penerapan aplikasi SIG untuk melakukan inventarisasi persebaran kafe yaitu sig berbasis web. Pembangunan webGIS akan berdiri pada framwork codeigniter versi 4 dengan bahasa pemograman PHP serta Leaflet JavaScript. Perancangan webGIS akan dilakukan uji usabilitas dengan menggunakan System usability scale (SUS). Analisis spasial dilakukan untuk melihat pola sebaran kafe akan menggunakan metode nearest neihbour analysis dan menentukan potensi lokasi kafe baru di Kota Surabaya. Banyak kafe yang telah dihimpun sebanyak 166 dan memiliki pola persebaran mengumpul berkumpul atau clustered dengan besaran nilai rasio Nearest Neighbor 0,566. Hasil pembobotan setiap parameter AHP dalam penentuan potensi lokasi kafe adalah jumlah penduduk sebesar 0,259, aksesibilitas sebesar 0,247, kompetitor sebesar 0,191, area pemukiman sebesar 0,176, dan fasilitas pendidikan sebesar 0,128. Hasil potensi lokasi kafe baru memiliki luas daerah potensi sebesar 700,36959 ha yang terbagi ke Kecamatan Kenjeran, Semampir, Krembangan, Sawahan, Sokomanunggal, Bubutan, Sambikerep, Gubeng, Tambaksari, dan Wonokromo. Nilai uji kebergunaan pada WebGIS www.kafesurabaya.id memiliki skor 72,33 yang menunjukkan acceptable atau dapat diterima dengan grade C dan adjective rating berada pada level good/baik.

Changes in millennial lifestyles have triggered the growth of the café industry in Surabaya. BPS data shows an average increase in cafe business registrations in the last 5 years (BPS, 2022). According to the chairman of the Association of Indonesian Café and Restaurant Entrepreneurs (Apkrindo) East Java, the growth trend of coffee-based cafes increased by 16 percent - 18 percent along with changes in the lifestyle of urban communities. One application of GIS applications to inventory the distribution of cafes is a web-based sig. The webGIS development will stand on the codeigniter framwork version 4 with the PHP programming language and JavaScript Leaflet. The webGIS design will be tested for usability using the System usability scale (SUS). Spatial analysis is carried out to see the distribution pattern of cafes using the nearest neighbor analysis method and determine the potential location of new cafes in Surabaya City. Many cafes have been collected as many as 166 and have a clustered distribution pattern with a Nearest Neighbor ratio value of 0.566. The results of weighting each AHP parameter in determining the potential location of cafes are population of 0.259, accessibility of 0.247, competitors of 0.191, residential areas of 0.176, and educational facilities of 0.128. The results of potential new cafe locations have a potential area of 700.36959 ha which is divided into Kenjeran, Semampir, Krembangan, Sawahan, Sokomanunggal, Bubutan, Sambikerep, Gubeng, Tambaksari, and Wonokromo sub-districts. The usability test value on the WebGIS www.kafesurabaya.id has a score of 72.33 which indicates acceptable or acceptable with grade C and adjective rating is at the good level.
