Abstract
Dilakukan penelitian tentang penambahan campuran limbah ban karet dalam bentuk Tire Chips (TC) dan Crumb Rubber (CR) serta penambahan Coconut Fiber Ash (CFA) sebagai subtitusi agregat kasar dan halus untuk melihat karakteristik beton komposit. Dilakukan variasi penambahan presentase berat TC 2.25 %, 9 %, dan 13.5 % menggantikan agregat kasar dan penggunaan presentase berat CR sebesar 2.25 %, 9 %, dan 13.5 % menggantikan agregat halus pasir serta penambahan CFA secara konstan sebesar 5 %. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan campuran beton normal sesuai dengan SNI 03-2834-2000 yang terdiri dari pasir, batu, semen, dan air. Benda uji berbentuk silinder dengan diameter 10 cm dan tinggi 20 cm. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah uji densitas beton, uji tekan, uji tarik belah, dan analisa rule of mixture bahan komposit. Pengujian ini dilakukan pada saat beton berumur 28 hari. Dari hasil analisis pengujian diperoleh bahwa semakin banyak penambahancampuran TC dan CR pada beton menurunkan nilai kuat tekan, kuat tarik belah dan modulus elastisitas beton. Nilai terbaik dalam penelitian ini terjadi pada presentase campuran TC 2.25 % dengan nilai kuat tekan beton sebesar 19.32 Mpa, kuat tarik belah beton 7.05 Mpa dan modulus elastisitas 20.658 Gpa.

Research was conducted on the addition of a mixture of rubber tire waste in the form of Tire Chips (TC) and Crumb Rubber (CR) and the addition of Coconut Fiber Ash (CFA) as a substitute for coarse and fine aggregates to see the characteristics of composite concrete. Variations were made by adding the weight percentage of 2.25%, 9%, and 13.5% TC to replace coarse aggregate and using a weight percentage of CR of 2.25%, 9% and 13.5% to replace fine sand aggregate and the constant addition of CFA at 5%. This study used a normal concrete mix design according to SNI 03-2834-2000 consisting of sand, stone, cement and water. The test object is cylindrical in shape with a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 20 cm. Tests carried out are concrete density test, compression test, split tensile test, and analysis of the rule of mixture of composite materials. This test was carried out when the concrete was 28 days old. From the results of the test analysis, it was found that the more addition of TC and CR mixtures to the concrete, the lower the compressive strength, split tensile strength and modulus of elasticity of the concrete. The best value in this study occurred at the percentage of 2.25% TC mixture with a concrete compressive strength value of 19.32 MPa, concrete split tensile strength of 7.05 MPa and a modulus of elasticity of 20.658 GPa.
