Abstract

Setiap organisasi membutuhkan pengelolaan arsip yang digunakan sebagai sumber informasi organisasi, informasi ini akan diinterpretasikan dan digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Pengelolaan arsip harus dilakukan dengan baik karena memuat informasi yang dapat menciptakan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam organisasi. PT Indoraj Arsip Multiguna merupakan perusahaan pengelolaan arsip yang menawarkan layanan penyelamatan informasi arsip, alih media, pengendalian hama arsip, serta penyedia sarana dan prasarana perkantoran. PT Indoraj Arsip Multiguna memiliki 32 karyawan yang terbagi dalam departemen pemasaran, administrasi keuangan, dan operasional. Saat ini, PT Indoraj Arsip Multiguna belum memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja yang mengacu pada framework tertentu dan hanya berbasis target untuk setiap aspek atau layanan yang diberikan kepada klien serta cenderung hanya mempertimbangkan aspek finansial. Diperlukan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang komprehensif untuk mendukung proses bisnis PT Indoraj Arsip Multiguna. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard yang memiliki empat perspektif dan mencakup aspek finansial dan non finansial serta mempertimbangkan faktor eksternal perusahaan. Perancangan pengukuran kinerja dilakukan pada perusahaan dan departemen operasional. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan BSC didapatkan 13 KPI perusahaan dan 13 KPI departemen operasional. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembobotan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mengetahui skala prioritas dari setiap KPI. Uji coba sistem pengukuran kinerja dilakukan menggunakan metode scoring system dan Traffic Light System (TLS) untuk mengetahui capaian pengukuran kinerja perusahaan.

Every organization needs archive management which is used as a source of organizational information, this information will be interpreted and used in the decision-making process. Archive management must be done properly because it contains information that can create effectiveness and efficiency in the organization. PT Indoraj Arsip Multiguna is an archive management company that offers archival information rescue services, media transfer, archival pest control, as well as providing office facilities and infrastructure. PT Indoraj Arsip Multiguna has 32 employees divided into marketing, financial administration, and operational departments. Currently, PT Indoraj Multiguna Archives does not yet have a performance measurement system that refers to a specific framework and is only based on targets for each aspect or service provided to clients and tends to only consider financial aspects. A comprehensive performance measurement system is needed to support PT Indoraj Arsip Multiguna's business processes. Therefore, in this study a performance measurement system design was carried out using the Balanced Scorecard method which has four perspectives and covers financial and non-financial aspects and considers the company's external factors. Performance measurement design is carried out for the company and operational departments. Based on the results of the BSC design, there are 13 company KPIs and 13 operational department KPIs. Furthermore, weighting is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the priority scale of each KPI. Performance measurement system trials are carried out using the scoring system and Traffic Light System (TLS) methods to determine the achievement of company performance measurements.
