Abstract
Eco reefer container (ERC) merupakan jenis kontainer khusus yang dirancang untuk mengangkut dan menjaga kualitas produk-produk dengan temperature yang terkontrol selama proses pengiriman berlangsung. Perlunya penerapan sistem kontrol temperature berbasis IoT (Internet Of Things) agar operator dapat memonitoring kinerja container secara jarak jauh. Untuk itu akan dibuat sistem kontrol temperature berbasis IoT pada kulkas yang dianalogikan sebagai ERC untuk keterbaruan pada penelitian ini. Sistem pengendalian temperature yang akan dibuat dilengkapi dengan 4 sensor DS18B20, dimana 1 sensor ditelatakkan pada freezer kulkas berfungsi sebagai monitoring kinerja sistem pendingin, 2 sensor diletakkan pada tempat penyimpanan barang/makanan yang digunakan sebagai parameter pembanding dengan setpoint untuk mengendalikan relay mengatur on/off kompresor kulkas, 1 sensor diletakkan diluar kulkas sebagai monitoring temperature diluar kulkas. 4 Sensor mengeluarkan sinyal digital yang diproses oleh mikrokontroler ESP32, kemudian dikirim online melalui MQTT (Messagae Queueing Telemetry Transport) ke dashboard web operator dan dapat disimpan dalam database untuk histori data selama eco reefer container bekerja. Sistem pengendalian temperature pada plant kulkas yang telah dibuat sudah dapat bekerja dengan baik selama 24 jam dalam menjaga temperature didalam plant sesuai dengan input setpoint yang diberikan pada dashboard berbasis web. Dari hasil pengujian ke 4 sensor temperature DS18B20 didapat nilai rata-rata presentase error masing-masing sebesar 2,23%, 3%, 2,21% dan 2,20%. Sehingga memiliki rata-rata presentase akurasi pembacaan yang sangat baik sebesar 97% dan layak untuk digunakan pada penelitian ini. Sedangkan pada hasil uji performa IoT didapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan kelayakan dari standar ITU-T dimana hasil dari uji throughtput, delay dan jitter memiliki performa jaringan dengan indeks 4 yaitu sangat bagus. Untuk pengujian packet loss memiliki performa jaringan dengan indeks 3 yaitu bagus.

The Eco Reefer Container (ERC) is a special type of container designed to transport and maintain the quality of products with controlled temperatures during the shipping process. The implementation of an IoT (Internet of Things) based temperature control system is necessary so that operators can remotely monitor the container's performance. Thus, a temperature control system based on IoT will be developed for a refrigerator, analogized as an ERC for the novelty of this research. The temperature control system will be equipped with 4 DS18B20 sensors, where 1 sensor will be placed in the freezer of the refrigerator to monitor the performance of the cooling system, 2 sensors will be placed in the storage area of goods/food to serve as parameters for comparison with the setpoint to control the relay that regulates the on/off of the refrigerator compressor, and 1 sensor will be placed outside the refrigerator to monitor the external temperature. All 4 sensors will output digital signals that will be processed by the ESP32 microcontroller, then sent online via MQTT (Message Queueing Telemetry Transport) to the operator's web dashboard and can be stored in a database for historical data during the operation of the eco reefer container. The temperature control system in the refrigerator plant, which has been developed, is already functioning well for 24 hours, maintaining the internal temperature of the plant according to the setpoint provided on the web-based dashboard. From the test results of the 4 DS18B20 temperature sensors, the average percentage error for each sensor is 2.23%, 3%, 2.21%, and 2.20%, respectively. This indicates a very good average accuracy reading of 97% and is suitable for use in this research. As for the IoT performance test results, they comply with the ITU-T standards, where the throughput, delay, and jitter tests show excellent network performance with an index of 4. The packet loss test shows good network performance with an index of 3.
