Abstract
Ruas Jalan Nasional Surabaya-Malang yang terletak di Kabupaten Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu ruas jalan utama yang tiap harinya dilalui banyak kendaraan. Frontage Road Waru-Buduran Sidoarjo dinilai dapat membantu mengurangi masalah kemacetan yang terjadi pada ruas jalan tersebut. Frontage ini adalah proyek yang dimulai dari tahun 2021 dengan rencana akhir panjang jalan 9,4 km yang nantinya akan mengubungkan dari Jalan Waru hingga Jalan Buduran (Sholahuddin, 2022) dan sudah dikerjakan sepanjang + 5 Km. Dari permasalahan tersebut, penulis ingin merencanakan Frontage Road Waru-Buduran pada ruas jalan yang belum dibangun, yaitu pada Sta 0+000 – 2+150 dan 7+175 – 9+400. Perencanaan alinyemen horizontal dan vertikal jalan yang mengacu pada Pedoman Desain Geometrik Jalan No 13/P/BM/2021, desain tebal perkerasan lentur menggunakan acuan dari Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan (Revisi 2017) Nomor 02/M/BM/2017, perencanaan drainase mengacu pada PD. T-02-2006-B, dan desain jembatan beton yang mengacu pada RSNI T-12-2004 Perencanaan Struktur Beton untuk Jembatan, SNI 1725-2016 Pembebanan untuk Jembatan, dan buku Mekanika Tanah dan Teknik Pondasi (Sosrodarsono & Nakazawa, 2000). Hasil, berupa perencanaan jalan 2 lajur 4m satu arah, 12 lengkung horizontal dengan sudut tikungan yang kecil, 18 lengkung vertikal, tebal perkerasan berupa AC WC 4 cm, AC BC 6 cm, AC Base 7,5 cm, pondasi CTB 15 cm, LPA kelas A 15 cm, tinggi pondasi timbunan perbaikan tanah yaitu 0,35 m, dimensi drainase terbuka beton bertulang dengan lebar 0,6 m, perencanaan bangunan atas dan bangunan bawah jembatan, dan total anggaran biaya dibulatkan sebesar Rp48.319.300.000,-

National roads Surabaya-Malang, which is located in Sidoarjo Regency, is one of the main roads that are traversed by many vehicles every day. The Waru-Buduran Sidoarjo Frontage Road is considered to be able to help reduce congestion problems that occur on these roads.Frontage Road Waru-Buduran Sidoarjo is a project that started in 2021 with a final plan
for a road length of 9.4 km which will later connect from Jalan Waru to Jalan Buduran (Sholahuddin, 2022) and has been worked on for + 5 Km. Departing from this background, the author wants to plan the Frontage Road Waru-Buduran on roads that have not been built, namely at Sta 0+000 – 2+150 and 7+175 – 9+400. The planning carried out is horizontal and vertical road alignment planning which refers to the Road Geometric Design Guidelines No. 13/P/BM/2021, the flexible pavement thickness design uses reference to the Road Pavement Design Manual (Revised 2017) Number 02/M/BM/2017, drainage refers to PD. T-02-2006-B, and concrete bridge designs referring to RSNI T-12-2004 Planning for Concrete Structures for Bridges and SNI 1725-2016 Loading for Bridges. The results obtained are road planning 2 lanes 4m one way, 12 horizontal curves with small bend angles, 18 vertical curves, pavement thickness of AC WC 4 cm, AC BC 6 cm, AC Base 7.5 cm, CTB bearing 15 cm, LPA class A 15 cm, the height of the soil improvement embankment is 0.35 m, dimensions of the open reinforced concrete drainage are 0.6 m wide, plans for superstructures and underbuildings of bridges, and a total budget cost of IDR 48.319.300.000,-.
