Abstract
Salah satu peran penting perusahaan dalam menjaga hubungan baik dengan masyarakat adalah dengan mengimplementasikan tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan dalam lingkup Creating Shared Value (CSV). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi Creating Shared Value (CSV) yang sudah dilakukan PT. Digital Inisiatif dan dampaknya pada pemberdayaan masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Hasil dari peneltian menunjukkan implementasi Creating Shared Value (CSV) PT. Digital Inisiatif berupa program Pojok Anyam melibatkan stakeholder primer internal perusahaan dan stakeholder sekunder seperti masyarakat, perangkat kelurahan, fasilitator pihak ketiga serta kementerian BAPPENAS mampu menjadi pioneer dalam pembuatan produk newspaper craft. Implementasi Creating Shared Value (CSV) berpengaruh pada dampak pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dampak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program Pojok Anyam meliputi kualitas kesadaran dan keinginan untuk berubah (power to) semakin meningkat, usaha untuk meningkatkan kapasitas memperoleh akses (power within) semakin terbuka peluangnya, taraf keahlian dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan (power over) semakin terlatih, dan nilai dari gotong royong dan kebersamaan (power with) semakin solid.

One of the company's important roles in maintaining good relations with the community is implementing corporate social responsibility within the scope of Creating Shared Value (CSV). The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of Creating Shared Value (CSV) that has been carried out by PT. Digital Initiatives and their impact on community empowerment. The method in this research is qualitative with approach case study. Data collection techniques using observation, in depth interview, and literature study. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Hubberman versions. The result of the research is show the implementation of Creating Shared Value (CSV) of PT. Digital Inisiatif in the form of Pojok Anyam program which envolves the company’s internal primary stakeholders and secondary stakeholders is community, village official, third party facilitator, and ministry of BAPPENAS is able to become a pioneer in making newspaper handicraft products. The result of research show implementation Creating Shared Value (CSV) is effected on impact empowerment society. Community empowerment indicators are quality of awareness and desire to change (power to) more increase, effort for increase capacity to obtain access (power within) more open probability, skill level in finishing problem (power over) more trained, and value of cooperation and togetherness (power with) getting solid.
