Abstract
Pertumbuhan penduduk dan perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia mempengaruhi peningkatan volume kendaraan. Peningkatan volume kendaraan menyebabkan kemacetan di beberapa titik di Kota Bojonegoro. Salah satu faktor kemacetannya adalah perlintasan sebidang. Kemacetan tersebut diduga karena lama waktu penutupan palang perlintasan kereta api, sehingga menyebabkan kendaraan harus terhenti untuk beberapa waktu lebih lama. Ditambah lagi, perlintasan kereta api sebidang yang terletak di dekat persimpangan bersinyal dapat mempengaruhi kinerja persimpangan bersinyal. Bila volume kendaraan yang mendekati perlintasan tersebut sedemikian besar, maka akan menimbulkan panjang antrian yang cukup berarti. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan perbaikan kinerja persimpangan guna mengurangi penyebabnya, dengan cara memvariasikan waktu siklus persimpangan agar mendapatkan panjang antrian yang paling kecil dan dilakukan juga analisis harapan masyarakat terkait lama waktu penutupan palang perlintasan kereta api. Nantinya, dibuat dua model hubungan antar variable, yaitu model pertama adalah hubungan antara panjang kereta api, lama waktu penutupan perlintasan, dan kecepatan kereta api dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda dan model kedua adalah hubungan antara lama waktu penutupan perlintasan dan panjang antrian dengan menggunakan metode regresi sederhana.
Dari penelitian ini diharapkan didapatkan pengaruh dari hubungan antara lama waktu penutupan perlintasan sebidang dengan panjang kereta api dan kecepatan kereta api, apakah berdampak positif atau negatif. Lalu diharapkan didapatkan juga pengaruh dari hubungan antara lama waktu penutupan perlintasan sebidang dengan panjang antrian, apakah berdampak besar atau kecil. Kemudian juga diharapkan didapatkan waktu siklus terbaik yang mampu mengurangi panjang antrian di setiap pendekat. Yang terakhir adalah diharapkan didapatkan nilai probabilitas harapan masyarakat yang menginginkan seberapa lama waktu tunggu sebelum kereta api melintas.

Population growth and economic development in Indonesia affect the increase in the volume of vehicles. The increase in the volume of vehicles causes congestion at several points in the City of Bojonegoro. One of the congestion factors is level crossings. The traffic jam is thought to be due to the length of time the railroad crossing has been closed, causing vehicles to have to stop for a longer period of time. In addition, level rail crossings located near signalized intersections can affect the performance of signalized intersections. If the volume of vehicles approaching the crossing is so large, it will cause a significant queue length. From these problems, it is necessary to improve the performance of the intersection in order to reduce the cause, by varying the cycle time of the intersection in order to get the smallest queue length and an analysis of community expectations regarding the length of time for closing the railroad crossing. Later, two models of the relationship between variables will be made, namely the first model is the relationship between the length of the train, the length of the closing time of the crossing, and the speed of the train using the multiple regression method and the second model is the relationship between the length of the crossing closing time and the queue length using the regression method simple. From this research, it is hoped that the effect of the relationship between the length of time for closing level crossings with the length of the train and the speed of the train will be obtained, whether it has a positive or negative impact. Then it is hoped that the effect of the relationship between the length of time for closing a level crossing with the length of the queue will be obtained, whether it has a large or small impact. Then it is also expected to get the best cycle time that can reduce the queue length in each approach. Finally, it is hoped that the probability value of people's expectations who want how long the waiting time is before the train passes.
