Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi beberapa tahun ini telah berkembang dengan sangat cepat sehingga memengaruhi beberapa sektor, tak terkecuali pada pelayanan kesehatan. Salah satu dampak yang cukup berarti adalah digital health atau inovasi dalam merespons kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan. Pemerintah Kota Surabaya memanfaatkan hal tersebut dengan menciptakan sistem pendaftaran online pasien berupa aplikasi E-Health Surabaya. Aplikasi ini telah telah launching dari tahun 2014, namun masih ditemukan beberapa kekurangan dengan dibuktikan perolehan rating rendah pada Google Play Store, yaitu 2.9 dari 5. Adapun keluhan terbanyak dari review penggunannya adalah aplikasi yang tidak memuaskan dan tampilan membosankan. Mempertimbangkan hal tersebut, dilakukan preliminary study kepada 12 orang usia produktif untuk menelusuri permasalahan yang berkaitan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil evaluasi usability dari desain eksisting aplikasi E-Health, merancang desain perbaikan untuk dilakukan pengujian kembali, serta mengetahui pengaruh type of user dan type of task dari pengujian design eksisting dan design perbaikan. Evaluasi usability tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan Eye Tracking, interview Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA), dan kuesioner PSSUQ (Post-Study Sistem Usability Questionnaire). Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua tahap pengujian, yakni untuk desain eksisting dan desain perbaikan. Responden yang terlibat pada penelitian ini merupakan user dan non-user dari aplikasi E-Health Surabaya. Hasil analisis pada kondisi eksisting menunjukkan beberapa permasalahan terkait desain aplikasi dengan didukung skor nilai PSSUQ yang berada di bawah rata-rata sehingga mengindikasikan perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Setelah dilakukan perancangan desain dan pengujian tahap dua, diketahui bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara user dan non-user terhadap tingkat penerimaan aplikasi E-Health Surabaya, kecuali pada variabel error rate. Namun jika ditinjau dari faktor type of task dan type of design, diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata – rata yang signifikan antara pengujian menggunakan desain eksisting dan perbaikan. Selain itu, skor nilai PSSUQ sudah berada di atas rata-rata yang menandakan desain perbaikan dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan desain rekomendasi perbaikan serta mampu menjadi bahan pertimbangan yang terukur untuk pengembang aplikasi E-Health Surabaya.

The development of information technology in recent years has been so rapid that it has affected several sectors, including health services. One significant impact is digital health or innovation in responding to the need for health services. Surabaya City Government takes advantage of this by creating an online patient registration system called E-Health Surabaya application. This application has been launched since 2014, but there are still some shortcomings, as evidenced by its low rating on the Google Play Store, which is 2.9 out of 5. The most common complaints from user reviews are about applications that are unsatisfactory and have a poor interface. Considering this, a preliminary study was conducted on 12 people of productive age to explore related problems. The purpose of this study is to determine the usability evaluation results of the existing design of the E-Health application, create improvement design for re-testing, and determine the effect of the type of user and type of task on testing the existing design and improvement design. The usability evaluation was carried out using Eye Tracking, Retrospective think-aloud (RTA), and the PSSUQ (Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire). This research consists of two stages of testing: the existing design and the improvement design. Respondents who were involved in this study were users and non-users of the E-Health Surabaya application. The results of the analysis of the existing conditions show several problems related to application design supported by PSSUQ scores that are below average, indicating that improvements are needed. After conducting the design and testing phase two, it is known that there is no significant difference between users and non-users on the level of acceptance of the E-Health Surabaya application, except for the variable error rate. However, when viewed from the type of task and type of design factors, it is known that there is a significant average difference between testing using the existing design and repairs. In addition, the PSSUQ score is above the average, which indicates that the improved design is acceptable to users. The results of this study are expected to be able to provide design recommendations for improvements and become measurable considerations for E-Health Surabaya application developers.
