Abstract

Penting sekali bagi sebuah organisasi maupun komunitas untuk memiliki website. Manfaat website cukup beragam mulai dari manajemen internal, branding, segi bisnis, hingga penyimpanan dokumentasi aktivitas. Pentingnya penataan informasi website juga merupakan kunci mudah tidaknya pengguna dalam menavigasikan website. Kemudahan akses website ini juga didukung dengan tampilan yang baik dan menarik sesuai dengan branding dari organisasi atau komunitas tersebut. Harapannya website yang dimiliki dapat diakses oleh seluruh orang, tidak terkecuali pengguna dengan penyandang disabilitas, inilah yang dinamakan dengan aksesibilitas. Komunitas Mata Hati ingin meningkatkan tingkat aksesibilitas website-nya demi memudahkan pengguna dengan disabilitas. Website KMH saat ini memiliki beragam kekurangan, namun kekurangan ini perlu dilakukan riset lebih lanjut. Data tersebut digunakan untuk dasar implementasi website. Website Komunitas Mata Hati dikembangkan menggunakan metode design thinking guna mendapatkan solusi permasalahan dan pembuatan desain yang baik. Metode ini dilakukan melalui tahapan metode desain dan evaluasi yang dikerjakan sebanyak dua kali iterasi. Evaluasi desain yang dilakukan menggunakan usability testing untuk menguji ketergunaan desain website Komunitas Mata Hati dan evaluasi heuristik untuk menguji kesesuain desain antarmuka pengguna dengan prinsip heuristik. Selain itu, penilaian SUS (System Usability Scale) juga dilakukan untuk menguji ketergunaan desain antarmuka website Komunitas Mata Hati. Nilai SUS yang dilakukan pada evaluasi tahap kedua, telah mendapatkan nilai SUS yang baik, yaitu 89.2 poin untuk pengguna dengan non-disabilitas, dan 84.5 poin untuk pengguna dengan disabilitas.

It is very important for an organization or community to have a website. The benefits of a website are quite diverse, starting from internal management, branding, business aspects, to storing activity documentation. The importance of structuring website information is also the key to how easy it is for users to navigate the website. The ease of access to this website is also supported by a good and attractive appearance in accordance with the branding of the organization or community. It is hoped that the website that is owned can be accessed by everyone, including users with disabilities, this is what is called accessibility. The Komunitas Mata Hati wants to increase the accessibility level of its website to make it easier for users with disabilities. The KMH website currently has various deficiencies, but these deficiencies need further research. The data is used for the basis of website implementation. Komunitas Mata Hati website was developed using design thinking method to find solutions to problems and create good designs. This method is carried out through the design and evaluation method stages which are performed in two iterations. Design evaluation was performed using usability testing to test the usability of the Komunitas Mata Hati website design and heuristic evaluation to test the suitability of the user interface design with heuristic principles. In addition, the SUS (System Usability Scale) assessment was also executed to test the usability of the Mata Hati Community website interface design. The SUS score that was accomplished in the second phase of the evaluation, has obtained a good SUS score, namely 89.2 points for users with non-disabilities, and 84.5 points for users with disabilities.
