Abstract
Fasilitas olahraga (Fasor) yang ada di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopermber Surabaya (ITS) adalah salah satu fasilitas yang disewakan oleh ITS untuk mahasiswa, karyawan, dosen dan umum melalui aplikasi web dari manajemen Fasor Sepuluh Nopember. Web Fasor Sepuluh Nopember memerlukan perbaikan dari segi tampilan, infromasi yang diberikan, dan pola pemesanan lapangan. Supaya dapat lebih mudah digunakan oleh pengguna, meningkatnya ketersampaian informasi kepada pengguna, dan berkesinambungan dengan desain aplikasi-aplikasi yang ada di platform myITS, maka web ini juga akan diganti nama menjadi myITS SportFacility. Dengan Contextual Inquiry, Contextual Analysis, Prototyping, dan Usability Evaluation dapat dihasilkan desain tampilan baru yang lebih nyaman dioperasikan oleh pengguna. Tahap pertama dalam Contextual Inquiry dilakukan pengumpulan informasi dan data terkait web Fasor Sepuluh Nopember yang lama. Kedua, Contextual Analysis dilakukan dengan menganalisis data dari tahap sebelumnya untuk pendukung proses perancangan, khususnya prototyping. Pada tahap ketiga, Prototyping dilakukan dengan merancang antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna berdasarkan hasil tahapan-tahapan sebelumnya. Tahap terakhir adalah Usability Evaluation yang merupakan proses evaluasi produk berdasarkan tingkat kenyamanan pengguna. Evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan Usability Testing terhadap website Fasor ITS menghasilkan nilai Single Ease Question (SEQ) sebesar 6.43 – 6.86 dan nilai System Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 68.93, sedangkan terhadap aplikasi myITS Sport Facility menghasilkan nilai SEQ sebesar 6.86 – 7 dan nilai SUS sebesar 91.79. Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan ketergunaan aplikasi myITS Sport Facility yang ditandai dengan kenaikan nilai SEQ dan SUS dari ketergunaan sistem yang kini berjalan, yaitu website Fasor ITS.

Sports facilities (Fasor) at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopermber Surabaya (ITS) is one of the facilities leased by ITS for students, employees, lecturers and the public through a web application from Fasor Sepuluh Nopember management. The Fasor Sepuluh Nopember web requires improvement in terms of appearance, information provided, and field booking patterns. In order to be easier to use by users, increase the delivery of information to users, and be sustainable with the design of existing applications on the myITS platform, this web will also be srenamed myITS SportFacility. With Contextual Inquiry, Contextual Analysis, Prototyping, and Usability Evaluation can be produced a new display design that is more comfortable to operate by users. The first stage in Contextual Inquiry is collecting information and data related to the old Fasor Sepuluh Nopember web. Second, Contextual Analysis is done by analyzing data from the previous stage to support the design process, especially prototyping. In the third stage, Prototyping is done by designing the interface and user experience based on the results of the previous stages. The last stage is Usability Evaluation which is a product evaluation process based on the level of user comfort. Evaluation conducted by Usability Testing on the Fasor ITS website resulted in a Single Ease Question (SEQ) value of 6.43 - 6.86 and a System Usability Scale (SUS) value of 68.93, while the myITS Sport Facility application resulted in a SEQ value of 6.86 - 7 and a SUS value of 91.79. This shows an increase in the usability of the myITS Sport Facility application which is characterized by an increase in SEQ and SUS values from the usability of the current system, namely the Fasor ITS website.
