Abstract

PT. XYZ is a plywood company in Indonesia. The company's main products are plywood and wood-based products such as woodworking and particleboard. PT. In the production process, PT. XYZ uses a boiler with a biomass energy source for processes that require heat, such as the drying process. The use of this boiler produces waste in the form of ash. Wood biomass ash produced averages 9130.10 kg or 19.36 m3 per month. According to several studies, biomass ash can be used as a mixture of NPK fertilizers. This can be a business opportunity for people who want to use biomass ash as an ingredient for making solid NPK fertilizer. Companies can cooperate with BUMDes, farmers, and MSMEs. The usual form of cooperation offered by companies is that the company is ready to invest in the procurement of equipment and training. Partners will facilitate all operational activities related to the production process. The main problem is the determination of investment project tools in accordance with the criteria of financial feasibility, operational costs, social aspects in the form of employment, and environmental aspects. Based on the results of the study literature, there are 12 proposed projects as alternative solutions. Therefore, research was conducted to determine the best alternative solution from the 12 existing proposed projects. The research method used is the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and goal programming. AHP is used to determine the weight of each decision criterion. Goal programming is used to select all alternative solutions. The results showed that projects with a series of Bulk blending machines, Pan granulator, Solar dryers, Rotary screening, Cooling machines, Coating machines, coating machines, and packaging machines were selected as the best alternative solutions from the existing alternatives. While Bulk blending, Rotary granulator, Solar dryers, Rotary screening, Cooling machine, Coating machine, Packaging machine are the best alternative solutions if only seen from the cash flow side. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis of a series of Bulk blending machines, Pan granulator, Solar Dryer, Rotary screening, Cooling machine, Coating machine, and packaging machine is a fairly reliable solution for most scenarios except for extreme conditions such as a 100% increase in diesel prices and a 50% increase in wages regional minimum and greenhouse gas emissions decreased to 75% of the standard. The series of Bulk blending machine, Rotary granulator, Solar Dryer, Rotary screening, Cooling machine, Coating machine, Packaging machine is still a fairly reliable solution if only in terms of cash flow based on most of the scenarios except for the 80% and 100% increase in diesel prices and GHG emissions down to 75% of standard.

PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan kayu lapis di Indonesia. Produk utama perusahaan ini adalah kayu lapis dan produk berbasis kayu seperti pengerjaan kayu dan papan partikel. PT. Dalam proses produksi PT.XYZ menggunakan boiler dengan sumber energi biomassa untuk proses yang memerlukan panas seperti proses pengeringan.Penggunaan Boiler ini menghasilkan limbah berupa abu. Abu biomassa kayu yang dihasilkan rata rata 9130,10 kg atau 19,36 m3 per bulan. Menurut beberapa penelitian abu biomass dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai campuran pupuk NPK. Hal ini dapat menjadi peluang bisnis bagi Masyarakat yang ingin memanfaatkan abu biomassa sebagai salah satu bahan pembuatan pupuk NPK padat. Perusahaan dapat melakukan kerja sama dengan BUMDes, petani dan UMKM. Bentuk kerja sama yang biasa ditawarkan oleh perusahaan adalah perusahaan siap berinvestasi dalam pengadaan peralatan dan pelatihan. Pihak mitra akan memfasilitasi segala kegiatan operasional yang berkaitan dengan proses produksi. Permasalahan utama adalah penentuan proyek investasi alat yang sesuai dengan kriteria kelayakan finansial, biaya operasional, aspek sosial berupa ketenagakerjaan dan aspek lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil literatur studi terdapat 12 proyek usulan sebagai solusi alternatif. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian untuk menentukan solusi alternatif terbaik dari 12 proyek usulan yang ada. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan analytical hierarchy process (AHP) dan goal programming. AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot setiap kriteria keputusan. Goal programming digunakan untuk melakukan seleksi terhadap seluruh alternatif solusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proyek dengan rangkaian mesin Bulk blending, Pan granulator, Solar Dryer, Rotary screening, Cooling machine, Coating machine, Packaging machine terpilih menjadi alternatif solusi terbaik dari alternatif yang ada. Sedangkan Bulk blending, Rotary granulator, Solar Dryer, Rotary screening, Cooling machine, Coating machine, Packaging machine menjadi alternatif solusi terbaik jika hanya dilihat dari sisi cashflow. Berdasarkan hasil sensitivitas analisis rangkaian mesin Bulk blending, Pan granulator, Solar Dryer, Rotary screening, Cooling machine, Coating machine, Packaging machine menjadi solusi yang cukup reliable dari sebagian besar skenario kecuali pada kondisi extreme seperti kenaikan 100% harga solar dan 50% kenaikan upah minimum regional dan greenhouse gasses emission turun menjadi 75% dari standar. Rangkaian mesin Bulk blending, Rotary granulator, Solar Dryer, Rotary screening, Cooling machine, Coating machine, Packaging machine masih menjadi solusi yang cukup reliable jika hanya dari sisi cashflow berdasarkan dari sebagian besar skenario kecuali pada kenaikan harga solar 80% dan 100% dan GHG emission turun menjadi 75% dari standar.
