Abstract
Sebelum proyek berjalan dilakukan perencanaan awal diantaranya perencanaan jadwal. Proyek Boiler 35 Ton/Jam sebanyak 3 Unit ini merupakan proyek milik PT Supreme Paper Solution dan menunjuk CV INTAN WELL sebagai kontraktor dengan durasi selama 90 hari dan nilai kontrak sebesar 4.3 miliar. Banyaknya aktifitas dan sumber daya yang diperlukan dalam penyelesaian proyek boiler ini sehingga diperlukan analisa penjadwalan yang optimal agar tidak terjadi keterlambatan proyek sehingga kontraktor tidak mendapatkan penalty fee dan tidak berdampak terhadap produksi perusahaan. Penelitian ini akan membentuk jaringan kerja (network diagram) serta WBS, menganalisis penjadwalan kerja dengan metode CPM dan PERT untuk acuan pelaksanaan instalasi yang sistematis dan efektif berdasarkan network diagram yang sudah dibuat, perbandingan durasi pelaksanaan Proyek antara metode CPM dan PERT dan membentuk S-Curve dari durasi yang dipilih. Hasil dari perencanaan jadwal ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi acuan pelaksanaan proyek dilapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini Dengan metode CPM proyek Instalasi Boiler dapat diselesaikan dalam jangka waktu 90 Hari. Dan lintasan kritis terletak pada kode kegiatan A1, B1, B2, B3, B7, B9, B10, I1, I2, J1. Sedangkan dengan metode PERT Proyek Instalasi Boiler dapat diselesaikan dalam jangka waktu 104 Hari. Hasil lintasan kritis pada PERT sama dengan CPM. Pada metode ini dilakukan sampling varian durasi target untuk mengetahui probabilitas dengan hasil didapatkan prosentase probabilitas dengan nilai tertinggi 99% yaitu 115 hari. Jika dengan waktu target 110 hari didapatkan keberhasilan 92% dan jika dilakukan dengan waktu target 104 hari atau sama dengan waktu PERT maka didapatkan prosentase keberhasilan 50%. Jika waktu dimampatkan menjadi 97 hari probabilitasnya 5% dan 91 hari probabilitasnya 0%. Proyek ini harus dimonitor dengan ketat khususnya kegiatan kritis karena grafik kurva-s naik cukup signifikan. Sehingga durasi proyek yang direncanakan dapat terlaksana tepat waktu. Dapat diketahui biaya langsung dan tidak langsung pada waktu normal 104 hari sebesar Rp1,840,176.000. Dengan penambahan waktu 1 jam durasi 97 Hari biaya langsung dan tidak langsung sebesar Rp1,961,959.500. Selanjutnya dengan penambahan waktu 2 jam durasi 91 Hari biaya langsung dan tidak langsung sebesar Rp2,225,060.500. Dan jika durasi proyek diperpanjang selama 110 hari biaya langsung dan tidak langsung sebesar Rp1,946,340.000. Kemudian jika makin diperpanjang selama 115 hari biaya langsung dan tidak langsung sebesar Rp2,034,810.000.

Before the project runs, initial planning is carried out including schedule planning. The 35 Ton I Hour Boiler Project for 3 Units is a project owned by PT Supreme Paper Solution and appoints CV INTAN WELL as a contractor with a duration of 90 days and a contract value of 4.3 billion. The number of activities and resources required in completing this boiler project so that an optimal scheduling analysis is needed so that there is no project delay so that the contractor does not get a penalty fee and does not have an impact on company production. This research will form a network diagram and WBS, analyse work scheduling with the CPM and PERT methods for reference to systematic and effective installation implementation based on the network diagram that has been made, comparison of project implementation duration between the CPM and PERT methods and form an S-Curve of the selected duration. The results of this schedule planning can be a reference recommendation for project implementation in the field. The results of this study With the CPM method the Boiler Installation project can be completed within a period of 90 days. And the critical trajectory is locatedonactivitycodesA1, B1, B2, B3, B7, B9, B10, I1, I2, 11. Whereas with the PERT method the Boiler Installation Project can be completed within 104 days. The critical trajectory on PERT is the same as CPM. In this method, sampling of target duration variants is carried out to determine the probability with the results obtained the probability percentage with the highest value of 99%, namely 115 days. If the target time is 110 days, 92% success is obtained and if it is done with a target time of 104 days or the same as the PERT time, the percentage of success is 50%. If the time is compressed to 97 days the probability is 5% and 91 days the probability is 0%. This project must be closely monitored, especially critical activities because the s-curve graph rises significantly. It can be seen that the direct and indirect costs at a normal time of 104 days are Rp1,840,176,000. With the addition of 1 hour of duration 97 days direct and indirect costs amounted to Rp1,961,959,500. Furthermore, with the addition of 2 hours of duration 91 days direct and indirect costs amounted to Rp2,225,060,500. And if the project duration is extended for 110 days direct and indirect costs amounted to Rp1,946,340,000. Then if it is further extended for 115 days the direct and indirect costs are IDR 2,034,810,000.
