Abstract
Kawasan perumahan Natura Residences terletak ditengah kawasan industri dan kawasan padat penduduk pada kecamatan Buduran, Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki luas keseluruhan ± 20 ha dengan rencana pembangunan unit sebanyak 922 unit rumah dan ruko. Secara umum letak perumahan Natura Residences sangatlah strategis di tengah kota dimana lingkungan sekitarnya telah aktif dan padat. Dengan adanya pembangunan perumahan Natura Residences maka otomatis akan mempengaruhi kondisi sistem drainase di sekitar wilayah tersebut. Sehubungan dengan itu pada pembangunan kawasan perumahan Natura Residences diperlukan perencanaan drainase dengan sistem Zero Delta-Q Policy dimana pada perencanaan drainase didesain tidak terdapat perubahan debit pada sungai sebagai saluran pembuangan akibat jumlah limpasan air dari saluran drainase perumahan. Sehingga kondisi saluran sungai sebelum dan sesudah adanya pembangunan perumahan Natura Residences tetap sama tidak terjadi perubahan debit, sehingga tidak menyebabkan banjir pada saluran sungai sebagai saluran pembuangan. Penyelesaian masalah di atas dilakukan dengan mengacu data primer dan sekunder. Untuk tahap pertama yaitu analisis curah hujan maksimum rata-rata menggunakan metode aritmatika setelah itu dipakai metode Log-Pearson Type III untuk perhitungan curah hujan rencana. Dari curah hujan dengan kala ulang 2, 5, 10 dan 25 tahun dan digunakan metode mononobe untuk menghitung intensitas hujan. Untuk perhitungan debit digunakan metode rasional dan debit yang mengalir di perumahan natura residences setelah pembangunan untuk Q12 Sebesar 1,68 m3/detik. Dilakukan juga perhitungan analisis hidrolika yang berupa perhitungan perencanaan dimensi saluran. Dan volume kolam tampung yang dibutuhkan yaitu sebesar 9774,13 m3 dengan luas kolam 3257 m2 dan kedalaman 3 m.

The Natura Residences residential area is located in the middle of an industrial area and a densely populated area in the Buduran sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency has a total area of ± 20 ha with plans to build 922 units of houses and shophouses. In general, the location of Natura Residences housing is very strategic in the middle of the city where the surrounding environment is active and dense. With the construction of Natura Residences housing, it will automatically affect the condition of the drainage system around the area. In this connection, in the development of the Natura Residences residential area, drainage planning is required with the Zero Delta-Q Policy system wherein the drainage planning is designed to not change the discharge of the river as a drainage channel due to the amount of water runoff from the housing drainage channel.
So that the condition of the river channel before and after the construction of the Natura Residences housing remains the same, there is no change in discharge, so it does not cause flooding in the river channel as a drainage channel. Solving the problem above is done by referring to primary and secondary data. For the first stage, namely the analysis of the average maximum rainfall using the arithmetic method after that the Log-Pearson Type III method is used to calculate the design rainfall. From rainfall with return periods of 2, 5, 10 and 25 years and using the mononobe method to calculate rainfall intensity. For the calculation of discharge, the rational method is used and the discharge flowing in the Natura Residences housing after construction for Q10 is 5,860 m3/second. Hydraulic analysis calculations are also carried out in the form of channel dimension planning calculations. And the required volume of the holding pond is 9774,13 m3 with a pool area of 3257 m2 and a depth of 3 m.
