Abstract
Penyakit ginjal kronis adalah suatu kondisi progresif yang ditandai dengan perubahan fungsional pada ginjal yaitu adanya kelainan seperti albuminuria, hematuria, dan lainnya yang dapat dideteksi melalui pengujian laboratorium. Kelainan fungsional tersebut menyebabkan ginjal tidak mampu menormalkan konsentrasi plasmaelektrolit dan mineral pradialisis dalam darah yang mengakibatkan efek lanjutan seperti anemia, sesak nafas karena penggumpalan darah di dalam paru-paru, serta berbagai masalah pada fungsi tubuh. Mesin hemodialisis dapat digunakan untuk menggantikan fungsi ginjal yang mengalami kelainan fungsional. Pada proses dialisis, pengaturan konsentrasi elektrolit pada cairan dialisat harus dilakukan secara tepat. Untuk mengukur elektrolit pada cairan dialisat dapat dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat konduktivitas pada cairan tersebut. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, telah dilakukan pengembangan mesin hemodialisis dalam negeri berdasarkan mesin SURDIAL 55. Penggunaan sensor untuk mengukur tingkat konduktivitas pada penelitian sebelumnya masih terdapat kekurangan pada bagian desain dan hasil pengukurannya. Sensor yang digunakan pada penelitian sebelumnya adalah sensor konduktivitas statis sehingga mengalami masalah pada pemasangan yang harus pada posisi miring dan berpotensi mengalami kebocoran. Error yang dihasilkan juga relatif besar, sebesar 2.3%. Penelitian mengembangkan sistem pengukuran konsentrasi elektrolit pada cairan dialisat Pada sistem pengukuran yang dirancang, sensor konduktivitas akan dikembangkan dengan desain yang memungkinkan pengukuran konduktivitas pada cairan dialisat yang mengalir. Sensor suhu dan pH ditambahkan pada sistem pengukuran yang bertujuan agar dapat diperoleh hasil pengukuran konsentrasi elektrolit yang lebih akurat. Rangkaian dapat membaca nilai konduktivitas dari cairan dengan hasil pembacaaan nilai konduktivitas cairan dalam mS/cm berturut-turut 25,5; 23,5; 16,5; 12,7; dan 10,4, didapat hasil pembacaan konduktivitas dalam mS/cm berturut-turut sebesar 25,2; 21,1; 15,9; 11,5; dan 11,3. Dari hasil tersebut, didapat persentase error berturut-turut sebesar 0,905882; 10,00851; 3,569697; 8,740157; dan 8,653846 dengan rata-rata error sebesar 6.375619 %.

Hemodialysis machines can be used to replace kidney function that is experiencing functional abnormalities. In the dialysis process, setting the concentration of electrolytes in the dialysate fluid must be done precisely. To measure the electrolyte in the dialysate fluid can be done by measuring the level of conductivity in the fluid. In previous research, the development of a domestic hemodialysis machine based on the SURDIAL 55 machine has been carried out. The use of sensors to measure the level of conductivity in previous studies still has deficiencies in the design and measurement results. The sensor used in the previous study was a static conductivity sensor so that it experienced problems in the installation which had to be in an inclined position and had the potential to experience leaks. The resulting error is also relatively large, amounting to 2.3%. To fix this problem, this research will develop an intelligent system-based system for measuring electrolyte concentrations in dialysate fluids. In the measurement system designed, a conductivity sensor will be developed with a design that allows conductivity measurements in flowing dialysate fluids. The circuit can read the conductivity value of the liquid with the results of reading the conductivity value of the liquid in mS/cm respectively 25.5; 23.5; 16.5; 12.7; and 10.4, the results obtained for the conductivity readings in mS/cm were 25.2; 21.1; 15.9; 11.5; and 11.3. From these results, a successive error percentage of 0.905882 was obtained; 10.00851; 3.569697; 8.740157; and 8.653846 with an average error of 6.375619%.
