Abstract

Ledakan merupakan peristiwa berbahaya yang dapat terjadi secara mendadak. Terlambat mendeteksi ataupun menyadari kemungkinan terjadinya ledakan dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan serius dan kerugian yang cukup besar. Pendeteksian ledakan umumnya dilakukan dengan memantau tekanan dan temperatur dari peralatan. Sensor atau alat pendeteksi harus bersentuhan atau dipasangkan langsung pada peralatan. Hal tersebut membuat diperlukannya jaringan kabel untuk memasang pendeteksi yang berfungsi sebagai sumber daya dan media pengiriman data. Penggunaan WSN atau Wireless Sensor Network dapat mempermudah pemasangan sensor dan menghilangkan kebutuhan terhadap kabel. WSN juga membuat pemasangan sensor dapat dilakukan dimanapun tanpa perlu khawatir adanya kabel yang akan mengganggu jalannya proses. WSN yang dirancang berbasis ESP32 dengan protokol ESP NOW. ESP NOW memungkinkan pengguna untuk dapat berkomunikasi antar ESP32 dengan ESP32 lainnya tanpa diperlukannya jaringan internet. Kecepatan pengiriman data dari ESPNOW adalah 200 milisecond dengan jarak pengiriman terbaik 40 meter.

Explosion is a dangerous event that can occur suddenly. Delay in detecting or realizing the possibility of an explosion can cause serious accidents and substantial losses. Explosion detection is generally done by monitoring the pressure and temperature of the equipment. Sensors or detection devices must be in contact or attached directly to the equipment. This makes it necessary to have a cable network to install a detector that functions as a resource and data transmission medium. Using a WSN or Wireless Sensor Network can simplify sensor installation and eliminate the need for cables. WSN also makes sensor installation possible anywhere without the need to worry about cables that will interfere with the process. WSN designed based on ESP32 with ESP NOW protocol. ESP NOW allows users to be able to communicate between ESP32 and other ESP32 without the need for an internet network. The speed of sending data from ESPNOW is 200 milliseconds with the best sending distance of 40 meters.
