Abstract
Hutan mangrove merupakan hutan yang terutama tumbuh pada tanah lumpur di daerah pantai dan muara sungai yang dipengaruhi pasang surut air laut dan terdiri atas jenis Avicennia, Aegiceras, Bruguiera, Exoecaria, Lumnitzera, Rhizophora, Sonneratia dan Xylocarpus. Analisis vegetasi tumbuhan merupakan cara mempelajari susunan (komposisi spesies) dan bentuk (struktur) vegetasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan, kerapatan, frekuensi jenis dan INP dalam suatu lingkungan mangrove berdasarkan habitus pancang. Analisis vegetasi dilakukan dengan transek kuadran 10 x 10 m. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan 13 spesies baik pada stasiun 1 maupun stasiun 2 dengan dilakukan identifikasi dengan mengetahui morfologi daun, bunga dan buah. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji-T dua sampel bebas. Hasil yang didapat yaitu pada stasiun 1 memiliki kelimpahan tertinggi yaitu pada spesies Xylocarpus granatum sebanyak 24, kerapatan tertinggi yaitu pada Xylocarpus granatum sebanyak 800 ind/ha, frekuensi jenis tertinggi yaitu spesies Exoecaria agallocha, Lumnitzera racaemosa, Xylocarpus granatum dan Avicennia marina masing-masing sebanyak 1, INP tertinggi yaitu pada spesies Xylocarpus granatum sebanyak 36,33. Pada stasiun 2, kelimpahan tertinggi yaitu pada spesies Avicennia marina sebanyak 152, kerapatan tertinggi yaitu pada Avicennia marina sebanyak 5066,67 ind/ha, frekuensi jenis tertinggi yaitu pada Xylocarpus granatum sebanyak 1, INP tertinggi yaitu pada spesies Avicennia marina sebanyak 71,08. Untuk faktor lingkungan diketahui pada stasiun 1 memiliki suhu sebesar 32 C, rata-rata salinitas 2,38, rata-rata pH sebesar 6,9, memiliki tipe substrat berlumpur, memiliki C-Organik sebesar 1,57% dan N-Total sebesar 0,14%. Pada stasiun 2 diketahui memiliki suhu sebesar 31 C, rata-rata salinitas sebesar 2,35, rata-rata Ph sebesar 7,35, memiliki tipe substrat berlumpur, memiliki C-Organik 1,26% dan N-Total sebesar 0,24%

Mangrove forests are forests that mainly grow on muddy soils in coastal areas and river estuaries which are influenced by tides and consist of Avicennia, Aegiceras, Bruguiera, Exoecaria, Lumnitzera, Rhizophora, Sonneratia and Xylocarpus species. Analysis of plant vegetation is a way of studying the composition (species composition) and form (structure) of vegetation. This research was conducted to determine the abundance, density, frequency of species and IVI in a mangrove environment based on sapling habitus. Vegetation analysis was carried out using a 10 x 10 m quadrant transect. In this study, 13 species were found at both station 1 and station 2 by identifying them by knowing the morphology of leafs, flowers and fruits. The data was then identified using a two-sample t-test. The results obtained were that station 1 had the highest abundance of 24 species of Xylocarpus granatum, the highest density of 800 ind/ha of Xylocarpus granatum, the highest species frequency of Exoecaria agallocha, Lumnitzera racaemosa, Xylocarpus granatum and Avicennia marina each of 1, the highest IVI was in the species Xylocarpus granatum with 36.33. At station 2, the highest abundance was Avicennia marina species with 152, the highest density was Avicennia marina with 5066.67 ind/ha, the highest species frequency was Xylocarpus granatum with 1, the highest IVI was with Avicennia marina species with 71.08. For environmental factors, it is known that station 1 has a temperature of 32 C, an average salinity of 2.38, an average pH of 6.9, has a muddy substrate type, has C-Organic of 1.57% and N-Total of 0. .14%. At station 2 it is known to have a temperature of 31 C, an average salinity of 2.35, an average Ph of 7.35, has a muddy substrate type, has C-Organic 1.26% and N-Total of 0.24%
