Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi tentang Pengelolaan Potensi Wisata Pantai di Kabupaten Blitar Berbasisi Budaya Lokal Masyarakat. Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Blitar Jatim, tepatnya kawasan wisata pantai Tambakrejo. Dengan menggunakan metode analytic hierarchy process (AHP) dan dengan bantuan software Expert Choice Vession 9. 0, data primer kawasan pesisir kabupaten Blitar diolah untuk mendapatkan prioritas pengelolaan. Untuk vektor prioritas Pemerintah Kabupaten Blitar sebagai prioritas utama (0.416), kemudian Masyarakat yang tinggal dikawasan pesisir pantai tambakrejo (0.374) dan Investor (0.210). Sedangkan prioritas pengelolaan kawasan pesisir kabupaten Blitar yang terbesar adalah kebijakan yang bersumber pada Pembinaan dan Kerjasama Masyarakat (0.332), kemudian diikuti dengan Peningkatan Sarana dan Prasarana (0.249), Pengelolaan Pariwisata yang Terarah (0.220) dan Rehabilitasi dan Konservasi Pantai (0.199). Dengan Rasio Konsistensi yang memenuhi syarat dibawah 10%, yakni sebesar 5,6%.

This research studi about Management of Costal Area Tourism in Regency of Blitar Base Local Social Culture. The location this research is in Regency of Blitar East Java, exactly the area of Tambakrejo. By applying the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and by the help of Software Expert Choice Version 9.0, the primary data ofBlitar regency coastal area is analysed to get the management priority. For the priority vector of the Blitar government, (0.416) then the community who live a long the coastal area (0.374) and the investor (0.210) where as the largest management priority ofBlitar regency coastal area is the policy which aims at the construction and cooperation with the society (0.332), increasing facility (0.249), directional tourism management (0.220) and rehabilitating and costal area conservation (0.199), with the consistency ratio that meets the requirement under 10%, that is 5,6%.
