Abstract

The needs and tastes for various products desired by consumers change quickly and are difficult to predict. In ever-changing conditions, consumers demand that companies respond to their requests in a short time. This is what causes competition between companies to become very intense, the company that can respond to consumer demand in the fastest time will win by knowing the most critical variables that influence the company's supply chain agility using the SmartPLS software method. The results of this research are that the ISM hierarchical model in this research is divided into 3 levels. The top level consists of the variables Centralized Collaborative Planning, Process Integration, Use of Information Technology, Improvement of Service Levels. Cost Minimization, Customer Satisfaction, and Trust Development. The middle level consists of the variables Market Sensitivity, Delivery Speed, Data Accuracy, Quality Improvement, and Minimization of Uncertainty. And the bottom level consists of the Lead Time Reduction variable and the Minimization Resistance to Change variable. To improve a company's supply chain performance, it is necessary to optimize all of these variables, starting from the bottom level, then the middle level and then the top level, which directly influences supply chain agility
