Abstract
Pemerintah Kabupaten Siak berencana melakukan pembaharuan potensi wisata di Sungai Siak dan memiliki visi misi untuk menjadi pusat budaya Melayu di Riau. Selain itu, Kabupaten Siak memilik potensi wisata kuliner yang menjanjikan terlihat dari terdapatnya 330 rumah makan/restoran di Kabupaten Siak. Sehingga direncanakan konsep wisata baru berupa kapal restoran etnik sebagai alternatif agar selaras dengan visi misi pemerintah Kabupaten Siak serta menjadi alternatif yang menarik untuk wisata kuliner. Maka, dipilihlah Kapal dengan lambung katamaran yang merupakan pilihan ideal untuk restoran karena stabilitasnya yang baik serta geladak yang luas. Selain itu kesadaran akan keberlanjutan dan perlindungan lingkungan yang harus semakin ditingkatkan mengingat isu pemanasan global yang terus berlanjut serta Indonesia yang tercatat sebagai negara ke-17 paling berpolusi di dunia dan no 1 di asia tenggara. Maka, dibuat desain kapal etnik katamaran restoran dengan sistem propulsi elektrik dan solar panel sebagai alternatif pembaharuan dan pengembangan sarana wisata di Sungai Siak. Penentuan payload didapat dari data jumlah wisatawan Waterfront City Siak dikurangi jumlah pengunjung restoran existing per hari. Kemudian didapatkan payload penumpang sebanyak 50 orang. Kemudain ditentukan jumlah trip 2 kali saat weekday 3 kali saat weekend. Ukuran kapal ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah payload penumpang dan kebutuhan luas ruangan. Kemudian lambung kapal didesain menggunakan metode parent ship dengan menggunakan kapal lambung katamaran sebagai acuan. Ukuran utama kapal yang memenuhi kriteria adalah LPP = 23,14 m; B = 9 m; H = 2,45 m: T = 1,70 m. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan listrik untuk operasional kapal digunakan 92 buah solar panel dan 12 buah baterai. Konsep desain ethnic yang diterapkan adalah modern minimalis dengan sentuhan ethnic Melayu Siak. Terakhir adalah perhitungan biaya pembangunan kapal yakni sebesar Rp4.367.742.669,45 dengan biaya operasional sebsesar Rp3.358.385.303,00 estimasi pendapatan per tahun sebesar Rp4.424.968.400,00 serta nilai Net Present Value sebesar Rp2.900.201.390,90 dan Internal Rate of Return sebesar 18,90% untuk jangka waktu investasi selama 7 Tahun 11 Bulan 1 Hari.

The Siak District Government plans to renew tourism potential on the Siak River and has a vision and mission to become the center of Malay culture in Riau. In addition, Siak Regency has promising culinary tourism potential, as seen from the presence of 330 restaurants in Siak Regency. So that a new tourism concept is planned in the form of an ethnic restaurant ship as an alternative to be in line with the vision and mission of the Siak Regency government and can be an attractive alternative for a unique culinary experience. So, a ship with a catamaran hull was chosen, which is an ideal choice for restaurants because of its good stability and spacious decks. In addition, awareness of sustainability and environmental protection must be further enhanced given the continuing issue of global warming and Indonesia being listed as the 17th most polluted country in the world and No. 1 in Southeast Asia. So, an ethnic catamaran restaurant boat design was made with an electric propulsion system and solar panels as an alternative to the renewal and development of tourist facilities on the Siak River. The determination of the payload is obtained from data on the number of tourists in Waterfront City Siak minus the number of existing restaurant visitors per day. Then we obtained a passenger load of 50 people. Then the number of trips is determined twice during the weekday and three times during the weekend. The dimensions of the ship are determined based on the number of passenger payloads and room area requirements. Then the hull is designed using the parent ship method, using a catamaran hull ship as a reference. The main dimensions of the ship that meet the criteria are LPP = 23.14 m, B = 9 m, H = 2.45 m: T = 1.70 m. In meeting the electricity needs for ship operations, 92 solar panels and 12 batteries are used. The ethnic design concept applied is modern minimalism with a touch of ethnic Malay Siak. Finally, the calculation of ship construction costs is IDR 4,367,742,669.45, with operating costs of IDR 3,358,385,303.00, estimated income per year of IDR 4,424,968,400.00, a net present value of IDR 2,900,201,390.90, and an internal rate of return of 18.90% for an investment period of 7 years, 11 months, and 1 day.
