Abstract

Direktorat Pengembangan Teknologi Sistem Informasi ITS (DPTSI) merupakan instansi milik Institut Tekonologi Sepuluh Nopember yang bertugas untuk menyediakan dan mengelola layanan Teknologi Informasi di lingkungan ITS. Produk yang kami kerjakan saat melakukan Kerja Praktik adalah MyITS Space Management, yaitu sistem management dan reservasi ruangan di lingkungan ITS. Fitur yang kelompok kami kerjakan adalah reservasi ruangan. Pengguna utama aplikasi yang kami kembangkan adalah semua civitas akademik di lingkungan ITS. Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan framework Next.js untuk front-end dan bahasa pemrograman Go untuk back-end. Sistem yang kami kerjakan memiliki beberapa fitur, yaitu informasi daftar reservasi, membuat reservasi, mengubah jadwal reservasi, dan melihat detail reservasi.

The Directorate of Information System Technology Development (DPTSI) is an institution owned by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) that is responsible for providing and managing Information Technology services within the ITS environment. The product we worked on during our internship is MyITS Space Management, which is a room management and reservation system within the ITS campus. The main feature our group worked on is room reservation. The primary users of the application we developed are all academic members within the ITS campus. The application was built using the Next.js framework for the front-end and the Go programming language for the back-end. The system we developed includes several features such as reservation list information, making reservations, modifying reservation schedules, and viewing reservation details.
