Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan, yang telah dinyatakan sebagai rumah sakit Kelas B Pendidikan, telah memulai penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) sejak tahun 2021. SIMRS digunakan di berbagai departemen, termasuk pelayanan, penunjang, dan manajemen. Namun, selama masa implementasi SIMRS, pemantauan dari Instalasi IT menunjukkan bahwa waktu respon pelayanan, khususnya pada layanan rawat jalan, memiliki rata-rata 2 jam per pasien. Hal ini menghambat pelayanan dan menyiratkan bahwa penggunaan SIMRS saja tidak mencukupi untuk meningkatkan Respon Time pelayanan di RSUD Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan integrasi Knowledge Management (KM) pada Implementasi SIMRS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan integrasi KM pada Implementasi SIMRS dengan fokus pada peningkatan Respon Time Pelayanan di RSUD Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan. Melibatkan partisipasi dari 30 orang, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berdasarkan situasi implementasi SIMRS di RSUD tersebut. Rekomendasi KM yang diusulkan untuk diintegrasikan pada SIMRS akan dijelaskan melalui pendekatan penelitian Explanatory Sequential Mixed Methodology Design (ESMMD). Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis yang dapat meningkatkan Respon Time Pelayanan di RSUD Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan

The Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan Regional General Hospital (RSUD), which has been declared a Class B Educational hospital, has started using the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) since 2021. SIMRS is used in various departments, including services, support and management. However, during the SIMRS implementation period, monitoring from the IT installation showed that the service response time, especially in outpatient services, was an average of 2 hours per patient. This hampers service and implies that the use of SIMRS alone is not sufficient to increase service response time at Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan Regional Hospital. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate Knowledge Management (KM) in SIMRS Implementation. This research aims to analyze and identify the need for KM integration in SIMRS Implementation with a focus on increasing Service Response Time at Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan Regional Hospital. Involving the participation of 30 people, this research provides a contribution based on the situation of SIMRS implementation in the RSUD. The KM recommendations proposed to be integrated into SIMRS will be explained through the Explanatory Sequential Mixed Methodology Design (ESMMD) research approach. Thus, this research provides practical recommendations that can improve Service Response Time at Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Hospital Bangkalan
