Abstract

Kehilangan air atau Non Revenue Water pada PERUMDA Kota Tidore Kepulauan adalah 25,34% .Tingkat Kehilangan air ini sangat mempengaruhi kemampuan dalam menyuplai air bersih dari PERUMDA kepada konsumen, semakin tinggi tingkat kehilangan air yang terjadi maka kemampuan suplai air di PERUMDA juga akan semakin menurun. Sehingga Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk Menganalisis penyebab tingginya angka kehilangan air di PERUMDA Tidore Kepulauan, berdasarkan neraca air dan membuat strategi penanganan kehilangan air di Perumda Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini melakukan studi literatur mengenai kehilangan air. Kemudian dilakukan pengumpulan data sekunder dari Perumda Tidore Kepulauan yang diantaranya peta jaringan perpipaan, dataa sumber air, data suplai air, data tekanan rata-rata, data pelanggan Perumda, konsumsi air berdasarkan kategori pelanggan per satu tahun, konsumsi air per sambungan selama satu tahun, biaya produsi, kehilangan air, dan data meter yang bermasalah. Data primer yang diambil berupa wawancara kepada pihak Perumda Kota Tidore Kepulauan dan pengukuran keakuratan meter air pelanggan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah sehingga dapat disusun menjadi neraca air dengan menggunakan software WB-EasyCalc. Dari neraca air tersebut dapat diketahui komponen kehilangan air terbesar sehingga dapat ditentukan strategi penanganan untuk menurunkan kehilangan air yang terjadi. Total volume akibat kehilangan air sebesar 444.761 m3/tahun. Dimana kehilangan air tertinggi disebabkan oleh kehilangan air fisik dengan volume kehilangan sebesar 357.148 m3/tahun sedangkan volume kehilangan air Non Fisik sebesar 71.968 m3/tahun. Daerah yang mengalami kehilangan air tertinggi berada di Unit SPAM Rum dengan total presentase kehilangan air fisik sebesar 65.96% atau sebesar 100.786 m3/tahun.Strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Perumda Kota Tidore Kepulauan dalam mengurangi kehilangan air yang terjadi yaitu manajemen tekanan, Penanganan kebocoran secara aktif, pergantian meter air pelanggan dan pergantian pipa yang bocor dengan metode Step Test.

Water loss or Non Revenue Water at PERUMDA Kota Tidore Kepulauan is 25.34%. This level of water loss greatly affects the ability to supply clean water from PERUMDA to consumers, the higher the level of water loss that occurs, the ability to supply water in PERUMDA will also decrease. So that the purpose of this research is to analyze the causes of high water loss rates in PERUMDA Tidore Islands, based on the water balance and make a strategy for handling water loss in Perumda Kota Tidore Islands. This research conducted a literature study on water loss. Then secondary data collection was carried out from Perumda Tidore Islands which included piping network maps, water source data, water supply data, average pressure data, Perumda customer data, water consumption based on customer categories per one year, water consumption per connection for one year, production costs, water loss, and problematic meter data. Primary data taken in the form of interviews with Perumda Kota Tidore Islands and measurement of the accuracy of customer water meters. The data obtained is then processed so that it can be compiled into a water balance using WB-EasyCalc software. From the water balance, the largest component of water loss can be identified so that a handling strategy can be determined to reduce the water loss that occurs. The total volume due to water loss is 444,761 m3 / year. Where the highest water loss is caused by physical water loss with a loss volume of 357,148 m3 / year while the volume of non-physical water loss is 71,968 m3 / year. The area that experiences the highest water loss is in the Rum SPAM Unit with a total percentage of physical water loss of 65.96% or 100,786 m3 / year.Strategies that can be carried out by Perumda Kota Tidore Islands in reducing water losses that occur are pressure management, active leakage handling, customer water meter replacement and pipe replacement with the step test method.
