Abstract

Lulusan SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) menjadi penyumbang persentase TPT (Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka) Indonesia sebesar 9,31% per Agusustus 2023, dan menjadi yang paling tinggi selama 3 tahun terakhir (2021-2023) dibandingkan dengan tingkat pendidikan lainnya. Hal ini dikarenakan masih besarnya gap antara kebutuhan industri dengan kompetensi yang diajarkan oleh sekolah, sehingga kapabilitas siswa terkait bidang ilmu kejuruan rendah dan belum memenuhi harapan industri. Penelitian ini secara spesifik mengidentifikasi program CSR bidang pendidikan PT United Tractors Tbk Cabang Surabaya berbaris tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan poin ke 4 (pendidikan berkualitas) dan 9 (industri, infrastruktur, inovasi). Penelitian ini juga menelaah nilai kebermanfaatan CSR bagi PT United Tractors Tbk Cabang Surabaya sebagai pemberi manfaat dan SMK Bina Bangsa Dampit sebagai penerima manfaatnya. Peneliti dalam pengambilan dan analisis data menggunakan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan kualitatif guna mendapat hasil yang rinci, mendalam, dan unik. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengetahui bahwa dalam pelaksanaan CSR bidang pendidikan PT United Tractors Tbk Cabang Surabaya memenuhi kriteria tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan poin ke 4 dan 9. Penemuhan kriteria poin ke 4 tercermin dalam 14 program SOBAT yaitu standarisasi kurikulum, lomba kompetensi siswa, SOBAT competition, production based education, training guru dan siswa, magang guru dan siswa, uji kompetensi siswa, sertifikasi kompetensi guru, budaya industri, rekrutmen UT School, kunjungan industri, alat peraga praktik,standarisasi kelas, safety center. Sedangkan dalam pemenuhan poin ke 9 SDGs terwujud dalam 6 dari 14 program SOBAT yaitu lomba kompetensi siswa, SOBAT competition, production based education, training guru dan siswa, magang guru dan siswa, sertifikasi kompetensi guru. Selain itu juga diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan CSR bidang pendidikan ini memberikan nilai kebermanfaatan bagi pemberi dan penerima program. PT United Tractors Tbk Cabang Surabaya menerima manfaat CSR dalam hal peningkatan sumber daya manusia, inovasi dan keberlanjutan perusahaan, kenaikan tingkat investasi dan membangun merek, dukungan masyarakat, dan pelebaran space kantor. Sedangkan SMK Bina Bangsa Dampit menerima manfaat CSR dalam hal peningkatan peluang kerja, peningkatan kompetensi siswa, branding sekolah, dan perluasan program pengembangan potensi siswa. Dalam menunjang keberlanjutan CSR yang lebih baik, perlu adanya pertimbangan strategi pemecahan masalah CSR baik dari peran perusahaan dan sekolah binaan, perusahaan perlu melakukan improvisasi pada alokasi sumber daya manusia dan mulai mempertimbangkan program terkait penunjangan karir bagi para siswa, adapun sekolah juga diharapkan dapat membangun hubungan kerjasama yang baik dengan industri.

Vocational School (Vocational High School) graduates contributed to Indonesia's TPT (Open Unemployment Rate) percentage of 9.31% as of August 2023, and was the highest over the last 3 years (2021-2023) compared to other levels of education. This is because there is still a large gap between industry needs and the competencies taught by schools, so that students' capabilities related to vocational science are low and do not meet industry expectations. This research specifically identifies the CSR program in the education sector of PT United Tractors Tbk Surabaya Branch in line with sustainable development goals points 4 (quality education) and 9 (industry, infrastructure, innovation). This research also examines the results of the benefits of CSR for PT United Tractors Tbk Surabaya Branch as the benefit provider and SMK Bina Bangsa Dampit as the beneficiary. Researchers in collecting and analyzing data use case study methods and qualitative approaches to obtain detailed, in-depth and unique results. The results of this research show that in implementing CSR in the education sector, PT United Tractors Tbk Surabaya Branch meets the criteria for sustainable development goals points 4 and 9. The discovery of the 4th criterion is reflected in 14 SOBAT programs, namely curriculum standardization, student competency competitions, SOBAT competitions, production based education, teacher and student training, teacher and student internships, student competency tests, teacher competency certification, industrial culture, UT School recruitment, industrial visits, practical teaching aids, class standardization, safety center. Meanwhile, fulfilling point 9 of the SDGs is realized in 6 of the 14 SOBAT programs, namely student competency competitions, SOBAT competitions, production based education, teacher and student training, teacher and student internships, teacher competency certification. Apart from that, it is also known that the implementation of CSR in the education sector provides beneficial value for program givers and recipients. PT United Tractors Tbk Surabaya Branch received CSR benefits in terms of increasing human resources, innovation and company sustainability, increasing investment levels and building brands, community support, and expanding office space. Meanwhile, SMK Bina Bangsa Dampit receives CSR benefits in terms of increasing job opportunities, increasing student competency, school branding, and expanding student potential development programs. In supporting better CSR sustainability, there needs to be consideration of CSR problem solving strategies from both the role of the company and the target school, companies need to improvise human resource allocation and start considering programs related to career support for students, while schools are also expected to be able to build relationships good cooperation with industry.
