Abstract

Ekonomi digital Indonesia meningkat 49% di tahun 2021, salah satu faktor pendorongnya ialah pandemi COVID-19. Pada tahun 2025 diprediksi mencapai 146M dan dapat berjalan lancar didukung oleh industri logistik. CV. XYZ merupakan perusahaan perangkat lunak logistik. Pada tahun 2022 penjualan CV.XYZ naik 5% namun profit menurun 20% dari tahun 2021. Penelitian ini memiliki dua hipotesis; yakni strategi dirumuskan dengan baik tetapi implementasi tidak berjalan dengan baik, dan strategi perlu diubah dikarenakan banyaknya kompetitor, 14 perusahaan di wilayah yang berdekatan dengan CV. XYZ, dalam pasar menjadikan persaingan semakin ketat. Berdasarkan hipotesis yang kedua yakni perlunya mendesain ulang strategi sehingga menjadikan perusahaan memiliki daya saing yang lebih tinggi, maka didapat bagaimana strategi yang tepat bagi CV.XYZ dalam melakukan efisiensi proses bisnis sehingga profit dapat meningkat sesuai dengan penjualan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah identifikasi kondisi eksisting perusahaan dan bisnis model; Melakukan analisa kompetitor, internal, dan eksternal perusahaan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT; mendesign ulang (redesining) Business Model Canvas (BMC) menggunakan analisis SWOT dan Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) sebagai upaya perbaikan manajemen perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus (case study) di CV. XYZ yang bergerak di bidang teknologi industri logistik. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh diperoleh bisnis model eksisting dari CV. XYZ; hasil analisa internal dan eksternal diperoleh strategi CV. XYZ melakukan strategi agresif; perbaruan pada bagian dari model bisnis pada CV. XYZ. Strategi yang didapatkan menambahkan layanan konsultasi sistem menajemen perusahaan, dengan berfokus pada value proposition, channel, key activity dan customer relationship, serta revenue stream

Indonesia's digital economy will increase by 49% in 2021, one of the driving factors is the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2025 it is predicted to reach 146 billion and can run smoothly supported by the logistics industry. CV. XYZ is a logistics software company. In 2022 CV.XYZ sales will increase by 5% but profits will decrease by 20% from 2021. This research has two hypotheses; namely the strategy was formulated well but the implementation did not go well, and the strategy needed to be changed due to the large number of competitors, 14 companies in areas close to CV. XYZ, in the market, competition is getting tougher. Based on the second hypothesis, namely the need to redesign the strategy so that the company has higher competitiveness, what is the right strategy for CV. The research objective is to identify the company's existing conditions and business model; Conduct competitor, internal and external analysis of the company using SWOT analysis; redesigning the Business Model Canvas (BMC) using SWOT analysis and Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) as an effort to improve company management. This research is qualitative research with a case study at CV. XYZ is engaged in logistics industry technology. The results of the research were obtained from the existing business model of CV. XYZ; the results of internal and external analysis obtained CV strategy. XYZ carries out an aggressive strategy; updates to part of the business model on CV. XYZ. The strategy obtained adds company management system consulting services, focusing on value proposition, channels, key activities and customer relationships, as well as revenue streams
