Abstract

Jalan Mastrip–Driyorejo merupakan jalan provinsi menghubungkan Kota Surabaya dengan Kabupaten Gresik. Jalan ini merupakan kawasan industri sehingga banyak kendaraan besar yang melintas masuk atau keluar pabrik. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan kerusakan pada struktur perkerasan jalan. Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang evaluasi perkerasan lentur jalan pada ruas Jalan Mastrip–Driyorejo KM 15+000–KM 25+000.
Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penilaian kondisi perkerasan jalan menggunakan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) dan metode Bina Marga. Setelah itu kemudian menentukan jenis perbaikan mengacu pada Manual Bina Marga No. 001-02/M/BM/2011 kemudian menghitung rencana anggaran biaya pada perbaikan tersebut. Adapun pemetaan lokasi kerusakaan menggunakan program bantu ArcGIS untuk menunjukkan lokasi jalan yang ditinjau beserta kerusakan yang terdapat di jalan tersebut.
Hasil analisis, nilai PCI sebesar 65 dan Urutan Prioritas sebesar 7. Dari hasil tersebut menghasilkan program perbaikan berupa pemeliharaan rutin dengan metode pelaksanaan antara lain P2 pengaspalan sebesar 7,54%, P3 penutupan retak 0,88%, P4 pengisian retak 0,91%, P5 penambalan lubang 79,11%, dan P6 perataan 11,57%. Besar rencana anggaran biaya yang diperlukan untuk pemeliharaan jalan sebesar Rp 629.466.300.

Mastrip–Driyorejo Road is a provincial road connecting Surabaya City with Gresik Regency. This road is an industrial area so many large vehicles pass in or out of the factory. This results in damage to the road pavement structure. This research discusses the evaluation of flexible pavement on the Mastrip–Driyorejo KM 15+000–KM 25+000 road section.
The data used is primary data and secondary data. Road pavement condition assessment uses the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method and the Bina Marga method. After that, determine the type of repair referring to Highways Manual No. 001-02/M/BM/2011 then calculate the planned budget for the repairs. The mapping of damage locations uses the ArcGIS program to show the location of the road being reviewed along with the damage on the road.
The results of the analysis show that the PCI value is 65 and the Priority Order is 7. These results produce a repair program in the form of routine maintenance with implementation methods including P2 asphalting at 7.54%, P3 crack closure at 0.88%, P4 crack filling at 0.91%, P5 hole patching at 79.11%, and P6 smoothing at 11.57%. The planned budget for road maintenance is IDR 629,466,300.
