Abstract
Procurement process is a systematic approach to purchasing goods and services that a company needs to carry out its business operations. Procurement is a function that exists in both the public and private sector for acquiring goods and services for an organization or government. The Distributor Company is an Ottawa Sand, Granite, and Marble Distributor that focused on procurement as its main business. Distributor Company did not implement lot sizing methods in running its businesses. Lot sizing has a significant benefit for distributor company such as procurement cost reduction and increase order fulfilment rate. Because of lot sizing methods have significant impact on Distributor company, this research conducted to obtain the most efficient procurement system to be implemented at Distributor Company in 2023. The methods that will be used at this final project are procurement, inventory management, inventory cost component, sensitivity analysis, independent ordering lot size, joint ordering lot size, and Monte Carlo Simulation. Procurement and Inventory Management is used to determine the types of inventory management system that can be implemented at The Distributor Company. Inventory Cost Component is used to calculate the lot size of each product in independent ordering using economic order quantity and joint ordering quantity. Monte Carlo Simulation is used because the demand of Distributor Company is probabilistic. This research must be done to make Distributor Company became a sustain company. The result of this research will provide several alternatives and planning of lot sizing methods that can be used by The Distributor Company.

Proses pengadaan adalah pendekatan sistematis untuk pembelian barang dan jasa yang dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk menjalankan operasi bisnisnya. Pengadaan adalah fungsi yang ada baik di sektor publik maupun swasta untuk memperoleh barang dan jasa bagi suatu organisasi atau pemerintah. Perusahaan Distributor adalah Distributor Pasir, Granit, dan Marmer Ottawa yang berfokus pada pengadaan sebagai bisnis utamanya. Perusahaan Distributor tidak menerapkan metode lot sizing dalam menjalankan usahanya. Lot sizing mempunyai manfaat yang signifikan bagi perusahaan distributor seperti pengurangan biaya pengadaan dan meningkatkan tingkat pemenuhan pesanan. Karena metode lot sizing mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perusahaan Distributor, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan sistem pengadaan yang paling efisien untuk diterapkan pada Perusahaan Distributor pada tahun 2023. Metode yang akan digunakan pada tugas akhir ini adalah pengadaan, pengelolaan persediaan, komponen biaya persediaan, analisis sensitivitas, ukuran lot pemesanan bersama, dan Simulasi Monte Carlo. Manajemen Pengadaan dan Inventaris digunakan untuk menentukan jenis sistem manajemen inventaris yang dapat diterapkan pada Perusahaan Distributor. Komponen Biaya Persediaan digunakan untuk menghitung ukuran lot setiap produk dalam kuantitas pemesanan bersama. Simulasi Monte Carlo digunakan karena permintaan Perusahaan Distributor bersifat probabilistik. Penelitian ini harus dilakukan agar Perusahaan Distributor menjadi perusahaan yang berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan beberapa alternatif dan perencanaan metode lot sizing yang dapat digunakan oleh Perusahaan Distributor.
