Abstract
Suitmedia National Internship Program 2023 memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan praktis. Kerja praktek ini bertujuan membantu Suitmedia menyelesaikan permasalahan yang diajukan oleh klien, termasuk perusahaan distributor obat dan BUMN. Penulis terlibat dalam tahap pemeliharaan aplikasi Approval Management dengan tugas mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki bug pasca-peluncuran aplikasi, serta melakukan implementasi perubahan minor untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan pengalaman pengguna. Selain itu, dalam fase pengembangan aplikasi MasterApps, penulis bertanggung jawab pada pengembangan menu-menu seperti Role Management, User Management, PIC Surat Management, dan Submission. Penulis juga bertugas mengimplementasikan otorisasi berdasarkan peran. Semua proses pemeliharan dan pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan kerangka kerja C# .NET Core. Kemudian, proses evaluasi dilakukan melalui SIT (System Integration Test) dan UAT (User Acceptance Test). Tugas-tugas yang telah diselesaikan berhasil melewati semua tahap evaluasi, serta berhasil terintegrasi ke lingkungan produksi. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman kerja praktik ini memberikan kontribusi positif pada pengembangan keterampilan dan pemahaman penulis dalam lingkup pekerjaan pengembangan perangkat lunak.

Suitmedia National Internship Program 2023 provides opportunities for students to develop practical skills. This practical work aims to help Suitmedia resolve problems raised by clients, including drug distributor companies and state-owned companies. The author is involved in the maintenance phase of the Approval Management application with the task of identifying and fixing bugs post-launch of the application, as well as implementing minor changes to improve performance and user experience. Apart from that, in the MasterApps application development phase, the author is responsible for developing menus such as Role Management, User Management, PIC Letter Management, and Submission. The author is also in charge of implementing role-based authorization. All software maintenance and development processes use the C# .NET Core framework. Then, the evaluation process is carried out through SIT (System Integration Test) and UAT (User Acceptance Test). The completed tasks successfully passed all evaluation stages, and were successfully integrated into the production environment. Overall, this practical work experience made a positive contribution to the development of the author's skills and understanding within the scope of software development work.
