Abstract

Penelitian tugas akhir ini telah dilakukan implementasi Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) pada Gas Lift Compressor. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui komponen penyusun Gas Lift Compressor serta jenis dan jadwal perawatan yang efektif. Komponen dari Gas Lift Compressor terbagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu Turbine Package yang meliputi Axial Compressor, Combustion, Turbine dan Compressor Set Process yang meliputi Suction Scrubber, Compressor, Aftercooler, Seal Gas System. Telah dilakukan analisis data secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode kualitatif dilakukan dengan metode FMEA membahas tentang apa saja jenis kegagalan pada setiap komponen dan dampaknya terhadap suatu proses. Serta RCM membahas tentang tindakan apa yang dilakukan ketika terjadi kegagalan. Metode kuantitatif dilakukan dengan evaluasi keandalan membahas tentang interval waktu untuk kegagalan dan perbaikan selanjutnya dari tiap komponen. Serta evaluasi preventive maintenance untuk menentukan waktu pencegahan sebelum terjadi kegagalan .Sehingga dapat digabungkan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk menentukan jenis dan jadwal perawatan yang sesuai untuk tiap komponen penyusun Gas Lift Compressor.

This final project research has Implementation Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) on the Gas Lift Compressor. The purpose of this research is to find out the components that make up the Gas Lift Compressor and the type and schedule of effective maintenance. The components of the Gas Lift Compressor are divided into 2 parts, namely the Turbine Package which includes Axial Compressor, Combustion, Turbine and Compressor Set Process which includes Suction Scrubber, Compressor, Aftercooler, Seal Gas System. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis has been carried out. Qualitative methods are carried out with the FMEA method discussing what types of failures in each component and their impact on a process. And RCM discusses what actions are taken when a failure occurs. The quantitative method is carried out with a reliability evaluation discussing the time interval for failure and subsequent repair of each component. As well as preventive maintenance evaluation to determine time prevention before failure occurs. So that quantitative and qualitative can be combined to determine the type and schedule of maintenance that is suitable for each component that makes up the Gas Lift Compressor.
