Abstract
PT.

PT. Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited which is an oil and gas company owned by the Government of Indonesia which is engaged in the supply of oil and gas. In lifting oil and gas from the earth, an electric submersible pump is needed as an artificial oil lifting tool. It is necessary to analyze Total Productive Maintenance to determine the effectiveness of the electric submersible pump by looking for the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value and conducting a risk analysis with the aim of preventing six loss factors in the six big losses. The results of the OEE analysis based on the operation and maintenance data of the electric submersible pump in the period January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 showed a value of 83.10%. This value does not meet the World Class OEE value standard with a value between 95% and 100%. The results of the six big losses analysis show that reduced speed losses are a loss factor with a loss time of 1727 hours. The results of risk analysis using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method show an RPN value of 180 with the Pluged/Chocked (PLU) failure mode caused by the accumulation of foreign particles in the pump.
