Abstract

Pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau berupa taman merupakan salah satu fokus dari program ruang terbuka hijau di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Taman Rajekwesi merupakan salah satu ruang terbuka hijau di Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang ditetapkan sebagai kawasan wisata buatan menurut dokumen perencanaan. Meskipun demikian, pada Taman Rajekwesi terdapat berbagai permasalahan yang menyebabkan pemanfaatannya kurang maksimal. Oleh karena itu dilakukan analisis kinerja dan kepentingan atribut Taman Rajekwesi agar pengelolaan taman dapat berjalan lebih optimal. Melalui analisis tersebut diharapakan dapat menjadi masukan kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam pengelolaan Taman Rajekwesi untuk mengoptimalkan fungsinya sebagai ruang terbuka hijau publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kinerja dan kepentingan Taman Rajekwesi sebagai ruang terbuka hijau publik. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel berdasarkan studi literatur. Responden penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat dengan kriteria penduduk Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang pernah mengunjungi Taman Rajekwesi. Sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara luring maupun daring kepada masyarakat sebanyak 100 kuesioner. Pada penelitian ini, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode skoring likert untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja dan kepentingan atribut Taman Rajekwesi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengevaluasi pemanfaatan Taman Rajekwesi berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang dilakukan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut diperoleh variabel yang perlu diprioritaskan untuk dilakukan pengembangan Pada analisis mengenai tingkat kinerja diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar variabel sudah memiliki tingkat kinerja yang baik. Variabel yang memiliki nilai tingkat kinerja yang paling baik terdapat pada variabel kegiatan interaksi sosial. Sedangkan variabel yang memiliki nilai tingkat kinerja paling rendah adalah variabel kegiatan pendidikan. Kemudian pada analisis tingkat kepentingan diperoleh bahwa hampir seluruh variabel memiliki kepentingan dalam atribut taman. Variabel yang memiliki nilai tingkat kepentingan yang paling tinggi terdapat pada variabel kegiatan interaksi sosial yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat penting. Sedangkan variabel yang memiliki nilai tingkat kepentingan paling rendah adalah variabel kegiatan pendidikan yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Selanjutnya terdapat perumusan prioritas pengembangan Taman Rajekwesi melalui analisis menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis terhadap 16 variabel diperoleh bahwa terdapat dua variabel yang dijadikan prioritas utama dalam peningkatan pemanfaatan Taman Rajekwesi yaitu kegiatan interaksi jual beli barang dan jasa, dan ketersediaan fasilitas pendukung aktivitas sosial

Management of green open spaces in the form of parks is one of the focuses of the green open space program in Bojonegoro Regency. Rajekwesi Park is one of the green open spaces in Bojonegoro Regency which is designated as an artificial tourist area according to planning documents. However, at Rajekwesi Park there are various problems that cause its use to be less than optimal. Therefore, an analysis of the performance and importance of Rajekwesi Park attributes was carried out so that park management could run more optimally. Through this analysis, it is hoped that it can provide input to the Bojonegoro Regency Government in managing Rajekwesi Park to optimize its function as a public green open space. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of performance and importance of Rajekwesi Park as a public green open space. This analysis uses variables based on literature studies. The respondents for this research are people with the criteria of residents of Bojonegoro Regency who have visited Rajekwesi Park. The sample was carried out using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires distributed offline and online to the public, totaling 100 questionnaires. In this research, the analytical method used is the Likert scoring method to determine the level of performance and importance of the attributes of Rajekwesi Park using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to evaluate the use of Rajekwesi Park based on the results of a questionnaire conducted previously. Based on the results of this analysis, variables that need to be prioritized for development are obtained. In the analysis of performance levels, it is found that most of the variables already have a good level of performance. The variable that has the best performance level value is the social interaction activity variable. Meanwhile, the variable that has the lowest performance level value is the educational activity variable. Then, in the analysis of the level of importance, it was found that almost all variables were important in park attributes. The variable that has the highest level of importance is the social interaction activity variable which is included in the very important category. Meanwhile, the variable that has the lowest level of importance is the educational activity variable which is included in the medium category. Next, there is a formulation of priorities for the development of Rajekwesi Park through analysis using Importance Performance Analysis of 16 variables. It is found that there are two variables that are the main priority in increasing the use of Rajekwesi Park, namely the interaction of buying and selling goods and services, and the availability of facilities to support social activities
