Abstract

Kenaikan jumlah pengiriman petikemas dan ditambah dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital. Telah menciptakan tuntutan akan pelayanan yang lebih unggul dari pengguna jasa. Kondisi ini mendorong perlunya penerapan transformasi digital di Terminal Petikemas, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan, kualitas, dan efisiensi seiring munculnya alat baru. Terminal Petikemas, dalam hal ini perlu memahami bahwa transformasi digital bukan hanya tentang memiliki teknologi terkini, tetapi juga bagaimana teknologi tersebut diintegrasikan ke dalam proses bisnis, diterapkan dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagian pelayanan barang yang memerlukan perubahan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja operasional terminal. Dan merencanakan penerapan transformasi digital sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan. Dari hasil perhitungan, perubahan yang perlu dilakukan terlebih dahulu yaitu terkait integrasi data, selanjutnya penerapan alat pendeteksi nomor petikemas dan pendeteksi petikemas rusak.

The increase in the number of container deliveries is coupled with the rapid development of digital technology. Has created demands for superior service from service users. This condition encourages the need to implement digital transformation at the Container Terminal, which aims to increase comfort, quality and efficiency along with the emergence of new tools. Container Terminals, in this case, need to understand that digital transformation is not only about having the latest technology, but also how this technology is integrated into business processes, applied in decision making, and improving relationships with customers. The aim of this final assignment is to identify parts of goods services that require changes to improve terminal operational performance. And plan the implementation of digital transformation according to the calculation results. From the calculation results, the changes that need to be made first are related to data integration, then the implementation of container number detection tools and damaged container detection.
