Abstract

Pengawasan proyek oleh Bagian Pengawasan Investasi Rutin EPC merupakan aspek krusial dalam menjamin kesuksesan proyek-proyek yang dilakukan oleh pihak ketiga atau kontraktor. Tanggung jawab utamanya melibatkan pengawasan aspek lapangan dan administratif, mulai dari inisiasi hingga penyelesaian proyek. Fokus pengawasan tidak hanya terletak pada kualitas pekerjaan di lapangan, tetapi juga pada kelancaran administrasi proyek dan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur yang ditetapkan. Proses administratif, termasuk kick-off meeting hingga pembuatan laporan akhir, dijalankan melalui Digital Office Petrokimia sebagai platform utama pengelolaan dokumen dan informasi proyek. Namun, terdapat kendala dalam alur kerja administrasi, khususnya terkait ketidakfokusan dokumen pada proyek tertentu. Kondisi saat ini menunjukkan bahwa dokumen yang diterima dan dikirimkan oleh Bagian Pengawasan Investasi Rutin EPC tidak terfokus pada proyek spesifik. Inovasi diperlukan dalam bentuk sebuah website manajemen kontrol proyek yang dapat memprioritaskan distribusi dokumen berdasarkan proyek. Dalam pengembangan website ini, penulis membuat front-end menggunakan ReactJS. Website ini diharapkan dapat menyederhanakan pencarian dokumen, memungkinkan setiap karyawan dengan efisien mengakses informasi yang diperlukan tanpa harus menyaring dokumen dari proyek-proyek lainnya.

Project supervision by the Routine Investment Supervision Department of EPC is a crucial aspect in ensuring the success of projects undertaken by third parties or contractors. Its main responsibilities involve supervising field and administrative aspects, from project initiation to completion. The focus of supervision is not only on the quality of work in the field but also on the smoothness of project administration and compliance with established procedures. Administrative processes, including kick-off meetings to the preparation of final reports, are conducted through the Digital Office Petrokimia as the main platform for project document and information management. However, there are constraints in the administrative workflow, particularly regarding document focus on specific projects. The current situation indicates that documents received and sent by the Routine Investment Supervision Department of EPC are not focused on specific projects. Innovation is needed in the form of a project control management website that can prioritize document distribution based on projects. In developing this website, the author created the front-end using ReactJS. This website is expected to simplify document search, allowing every employee to efficiently access the required information without having to filter documents from other projects.
