Abstract

Website merupakan salah bentuk media informasi yang populer dan lazim digunakan dalam dunia internet. Salah satu sistem informasi berbasis website di Indonesia, Science and Technology Index (SINTA) menyediakan akses ke karya ilmiah dan keahlian di Indonesia, khususnya dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Sebagai sebuah website yang menyajikan informasi penting bagi para peneliti, mahasiswa, dan pihak-pihak terkait di Indonesia, penilaian kualitas website SINTA sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Penilaian kualitas website sangat penting karena dapat memberikan keyakinan kepada pemangku kepentingan terkait kehandalan dan kinerja website SINTA. Selain itu juga untuk memberikan gambaran terkait aspek apa yang harus diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kehandalan dan kinerja website SINTA. Penelitian ini diadakan untuk mengukur tingkat kualitas website SINTA dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Meneliti pengaruh dari setiap instrumen penyusunnya, sehingga dapat diketahui faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas website. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mana pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Responden merupakan dosen pengguna website SINTA di lingkungan kampus Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Sehingga didapatkan tingkat kualitas website SINTA dan pengaruh setiap dimensi Webqual 4.0 yaitu usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dari 87 responden, didapatkan nilai korelasi R-square sebesar 0,832. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa tiga dimensi Webqual 4.0 memberikan kontribusi sebesar 83,2% dalam membentuk kualitas website SINTA dan faktor atau model lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini sebesar 16,8%. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa tingkat kualitas website SINTA adalah baik. Namun dapat dilakukan peningkatan kualitas website pada dimensi yang masuk dalam kategori menengah dalam membentuk kualitas website. Dengan memperhatikan nilai rata-rata outer loading setiap dimensi maka indikator yang perlu dipertimbangkan untuk ditingkatkan, pada dimensi usability diantaranya indikator kemudahan untuk dioperasakan, kemudahan menemukan alamat website, memiliki tampilan yang atraktif, tampilan sesuai dengan jenis website. Pada dimensi service interaction quality diantaranya indikator keamanan dalam menyimpan informasi data, menarik minat dan perhatian, dan kemudahan memberikan masukan atau feedback

Websites are a form of information media that is popular and commonly used in the internet world. One of the website-based information systems in Indonesia, the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) provides access to scientific works and expertise in Indonesia, especially in the fields of science and technology. As a website that provides important information for researchers, students and related parties in Indonesia, it is very important to assess the quality of the SINTA website. Website quality assessment is very important because it can provide confidence to stakeholders regarding the reliability and performance of the SINTA website. Apart from that, it is also to provide an overview of what aspects need to be improved to increase the reliability and performance of the SINTA website. This research was conducted to measure the quality level of the SINTA website using the Webqual 4.0 method based on user perceptions. Examining the influence of each constituent instrument, so that factors can be identified that can improve the quality of the website. This research will use a quantitative approach where data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Respondents are lecturers who use the SINTA website on the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology campus. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. So we get the quality level of the SINTA website and the influence of each Webqual 4.0 dimension, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. Based on the results of data processing from 87 respondents, an R-square correlation value of 0.832 was obtained. This shows that the three dimensions of Webqual 4.0 contributed 83.2% in shaping the quality of the SINTA website and other factors or models not examined in this research amounted to 16.8%. This can be interpreted as saying that the quality level of the SINTA website is good. However, website quality can be improved in dimensions that fall into the middle category in shaping website quality. By paying attention to the average value of outer loading for each dimension, the indicators that need to be considered for improvement, in the usability dimension, include indicators of ease of operation, ease of finding the website address, having an attractive appearance, and an appearance appropriate to the type of website. The dimensions of service interaction quality include indicators of security in storing data information, attracting interest and attention, and ease of providing input or feedback
