Abstract

Kesehatan mental saat ini menjadi isu yang diperhatikan di kancah global. Sekitar satu dari delapan orang di dunia menderita gangguan mental. Padahal, mental dan fisik merupakan satu kesatuan sebagai penentu kesehatan tubuh manusia. Sehingga, hal itu menjadi sebab digagasnya pengobatan integratif yang kini berkembang, yakni dengan menggabungkan pengobatan konvensional untuk penyembuhan aspek fisik dan pengobatan komplementer untuk meningkatkan kondisi mentalnya. Salah satu rumah sakit yang menyediakan layanan pengobatan integratif ini adalah Rumah Sakit Nur Hidayah Bantul, dengan salah satu pengobatan komplementernya adalah terapi Al-Qur`an. Melalui hasil terapi yang didapatkan, dapat dilakukan pengklasifikasian hasil berdasarkan aspek yang diketahui, apakah kondisi mental pasien membaik atau tidak. Klasifikasi tersebut dapat memberikan informasi yang menjadi pertimbangan baik bagi pasien maupun tenaga kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan perbaikan kondisi mental pasien pasca terapi komplementer di Rumah Sakit Nur Hidayah dengan menggunakan metode Classification and Regression Tree (CART). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari rekam medis pasien unit komplementer terapi Al-Qur`an rentang 1 Januari 2020 hingga 15 Mei 2023 sebanyak 102 data. Pada prosesnya, digunakan pula metode 5-cross fold validation, yakni membagi data penelitian menjadi lima bagian data training dan testing. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh berupa pohon klasifikasi optimal dengan 8 simpul terminal, terdiri dari 5 simpul yang diklasifikasikan sebagai membaik dan 3 simpul lainnya diklasifikasikan menjadi tidak membaik, dengan tingkat kedalaman pohon (depth) 6. Evaluasi ketepatan klasifikasi menggunakan nilai accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, dan AUC yang masing-masing bernilai 65,69%, 62,96%, 68,75%, dan 65,86%.

Mental health is currently an issue that is considered in the global arena. Fact show that one in eight people in the world, suffer from a mental disorder. Whereas, mental and physical aspects are determine of completely body health. Thus, it became the reason for the developing of integrative medicine, which is combining between conventional medicine for physical aspects and complementary medicine to improve the mental state aspect. One of the hospitals that provide this integrative medicine is Nur Hidayah Bantul Hospital, with its Qur`an therapy as one of their complementary treatment. Use the results of therapy data, that result can be classified then provide useful information for both patients and health workers. Therefore, this study aims to classify the improvement of mental condition of patients after complementary therapy at Nur Hidayah Bantul Hospital use Classification and Regression Tree (CART) method. The data used are secondary data that sourced from medical record of complementary patients between 1st January 2020 to 15th May 2023 with the total as 102 data. The 5-fold cross validation method also used in this analysis for splitting the data into five fold training and testing data. The result show that optimal classification tree consisting of 8 terminal nodes, 5 of them were classified as improve `membaik` and 3 other nodes were classified as not improve or `tidak membaik`, with the tree depth level is 6. Evaluation of classification criteria use the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and AUC criterion with each value are 65,69%, 62,96%, 68,75%, and 65,86%.
