Abstract
PT.GMF AeroAsia adalah anak perusahaan dari PT. Garuda Indonesia, saat ini sedang mengembangkan metode Progressive Maintenance yang bertujuan mengurangi groundtime (waktu pengerjaan maintenance) dan meningkatkan utilitas dari pesawat terbang karena semakin tinggi utilitas pesawat semakin banyak pembayaran yang diterima oleh PT.GMF AeroAsia. Salah satu paket perawatan yang memerlukan waktu lama adalah C-Check, yakni paket perawatan yang berisi beberapa item maintenance yang saat ini groundtime rata-rata CCheck adalah 14 hari. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan penjadwalan ini agar mendapatkan solusi yang optimal, dibuat model matematis dengan tujuan meminimumkan jumlah workload disetiap fase C-Check yang nantinya akan meminimumkan groundtime pengerjaan C-Check dan dengan batasan kapasitas manhours di setiap fase. Model matematis yang dibuat adalah integer linear programming sebab variabel keputusannya adalah integer. Teijadi penurunan standar manhours yang signifikan setelah dilakukan optimasi dibandingkan dengan kondisi eksisting. Setelah mendapatkan standart manhours yang optimal dilakukan perbandingan utilitas pesawat kondisi eksisting dan metode progressive maintenance yang menunjukkan peningkatan utilitas pesawat

PT. GMF AeroAsia is a subsidiary of PT. Garuda Indonesia is currently developing a Progressive Maintenance method which aims to reduce ground time (maintenance work time) and increase the utility of aircraft because the higher the aircraft utility, the more payments PT GMF AeroAsia receives. One of the maintenance packages that takes a long time is C-Check, which is a maintenance package that contains several maintenance items. Currently, the average ground time for CCheck is 14 days. To solve this scheduling problem in order to obtain an optimal solution, a mathematical model was created with the aim of minimizing the amount of workload in each C-Check phase which in turn will minimize the ground time for C-Check work and limit the manhour capacity in each phase. The mathematical model created is integer linear programming because the decision variables are integers. There was a significant reduction in manhours standards after optimization compared to existing conditions. After obtaining the optimal standard manhours, a comparison was made of the aircraft's utility in the existing condition and the progressive maintenance method which showed an increase in the aircraft's utility
