Abstract

Covid-19 has caused big problems and anxiety for many countries, including Indonesia. People flocked to protect themselves from being infected with Covid-19, one of which was consuming various multivitamin supplements and drugs to support the body's immune system. With many people protecting themselves from being infected with Covid-19, it can be indicated that the income of a pharmacy will increase. There is a tendency for indicators that encourage an increase in pharmacy revenue during the Covid-19 outbreak. There are several indicators that are suspected to have the potential to influence the increase in pharmacy income, including labor, pharmacy assistant education, pharmacy area, health service facilities, customer service, and pharmacy location. So we want to know the trend pattern between pharmacy income and indicators that have the potential to influence it using multiple correspondence analysis. The hope from this analysis is to be able to find trend patterns from indicators that are possible to influence pharmacy income during the Covid-19 pandemic so that it can provide information to pharmacies about the tendency of pharmacy income to increase and can be used as a reference for someone who wants to build a pharmacy because in this study it contains trends increase in pharmacy revenue from the location aspect. The results of the analysis show that there are three groups formed, one group, namely pharmacy income which increases by more than 100%, has a tendency to be in the North and West Surabaya areas, and the location of the pharmacy is on the neighborhood road. Kata Kunci : Covid-19 Pandemic, Multiple Correspondence Analysis, and Pharmacy Revenue.
