Abstract

Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak merupakan salah satu pelabuhan teramai dan terbesar yang ada di Indonesia. Pelabuhan ini berfungsi sebagai pintu arus keluar masuk barang eksport-import, pengiriman barang domestik dan penyeberangan penumpang bagi wilayah Jawa Timur dan daerah sekitarnya. Pada tahun 2016-2020 kedatangan kapal dan arus peti kemas mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, oleh karena itu diperlukan pemeliharaan berupa pengerukan (maintenance dredging). Pengerukan dilakukan agar kedalaman kolam labuh tetap terjaga. Rata-rata volume keruk yang dikerjakan sebesar 77.584,06 m3 dengan titik keruknya meliputi dekat dermaga Bogasari, dekat dermaga Pertamina, pintu masuk pelabuhan dan sisi selatan Terminal Jamrud. Pengerukan akan dilakukan dengan kapal keruk grab dredger tipe clampshell kapasitas 20 m3 , hopper barge berkapasitas 1000 m3 , dan Trailling Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) kapasitas 3.702 m3 . Total waktu pekerjaan keruk selama 33 hari. Total biaya yang dihabiskan untuk melakukan pekerjaan keruk sebesar Rp. 9.308.327.241,-.

Tanjung Perak Port is one of the busiest and largest ports in Indonesia. This port serves as the entry and exit gate for export-import goods, domestic goods delivery and passenger crossings for the East Java region and surrounding areas. In 2016-2020 the arrival of ships and the flow of containers experienced a significant increase, therefore maintenance in the form of dredging is required. Dredging is done so that the depth of the anchored pool is maintained. The average volume of dredging carried out is 77,584.06 m3 with dredging points covering near the Bogasari pier, near the Pertamina pier, the port entrance and the south side of the Jamrud Terminal. The dredging will be carried out using a clampshell type grab dredger with a capacity of 20 m3 , a hopper barge with a capacity of 1000 m3 , and a Trailling Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) with a capacity of 3,702 m3 . The total dredging work time is 33 days. The total cost spent on dredging work is Rp. 9,308,327,241,-.
