Abstract

Sebagai pendukung dari proses bisnis sebuah perusahaan, manajemen pengetahuan merupakan suatu bentuk penting yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan penyebaran pengetahuan baik antar karyawan maupun pelanggan guna menghasilkan tujuan suatu perusahaan. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International yaitu anak perusahaan dari PT. Telkom Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penyelenggara telekomunikasi dan jaringan milik negara yang mana telah menerapkan manajemen pengetahuan sebagai bentuk pengembangan terhadap sumber daya manusia untuk memberikan pemerataan pengetahuan mengingat Telin merupakaan perusahaan global. Dalam penerapan hal tersebut PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International telah mengembangkan knowledge management system bernama Knowledge Management Portal dalam bentuk penyesuaian dengan era digitalisasi kini. Adapun untuk memaksimalkan tercapainya tujuan dari manajemen pengetahuan perusahaan secara keseuluruhan yang ada pada perusahaan, pengembangan knowledge management metrics dibutuhkan dalam rangka memaksimalkan sistem yang telah dibuat.

As a support of a company's business processes, knowledge management is an important form that can determine the success of disseminating knowledge both between employees and customers in order to achieve company goals. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International is a subsidiary of PT. Telkom Indonesia is a company engaged in providing state-owned telecommunications and networks which has implemented knowledge management as a form of human resource development to provide equal distribution of knowledge considering that Telin is a global company. In implementing this, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International has developed a knowledge management system called Knowledge Management Portal in order to adapt to the current era of digitalization. As for maximizing the achievement of the objectives of overall corporate knowledge management within the company, the development of knowledge management metrics is needed in order to maximize the system that has been created.
