Abstract
Penting bagi sebuah bank untuk memiliki platform transaksi yang bisa mengakomodir kebutuhan nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi. Bank BUMN Syariah mempunyai platform transaksi yang tertinggal dibandingkan kompetitor, sehingga perlu mengembangkan platform baru yang memiliki kapabilitas setara dengan kompetitor, memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah dan memiliki kekhasan transaksi syariah, yaitu platform Global Transaction Syariah (GTS). Metodologi penelitian pengembangan platform GTS ini fokus kepenerapan Design Thinking bersamaan penerapanya dengan Co-creation dan Agile Software Development (ASD). Design thinking digunakan untuk memahami kebutuhan nasabah, menyusun requirement dan desain pengembangan fitur-fitur unggul yang memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah, Co-creation mendorong penerapan kolaborasi dengan customer dan unit terkait dalam menjalankan proses pengembangan, sementara ASD digunakan untuk meningkatkan proses pengembangan produk dengan waktu yang lebih efisien. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan dengan pendekatan Design Thinking, Co-Creation dan ASD menghasilkan proses pengembangan platform GTS dengan keunggulan fitur dengan berpedoman pada prinsip customer centric, sehingga fitur yang dikembangkan seperti fitur login, pembayaran/payment, transfer domestik dan remittance/valuta asing, payroll, dashboard, sistem monitor dan fitur ziswaf yang dihasilkan dipastikan memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah, memiliki kekhasan syariah, kompetitif dan dengan proses pengembangannya dilakukan dengan cepat dengan kualitas yang baik. Fitur unggulan Ziswaf merupakan contoh proses Design Thinking, Co-creation dan ASD yang dilakukan dengan baik, sehingga bisa mengakomodir kebutuhan nasabah sekaligus menjadi fitur unggulan yang belum atau tidak dimiliki kompetitor. Dengan fitur yang dikembangkan melalui metode tersebut, dalam waktu singkat, BUMN Syariah telah memiliki platform GTS dengan kapabilitas fitur yang setara dengan platform kompetitor, memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah sekaligus memilki fitur unggulan.

It is crucial for a bank to have a transaction platform that accommodates customers' needs for transactions. Bank BUMN Syariah current transaction platform lags behind its competitors, making it necessary to develop a new platform with capabilities on par with competitors, meeting customer needs, and featuring unique Sharia-compliant transactions—this platform is called Global Transaction Syariah (GTS). The research methodology for developing the GTS platform focuses on applying Design Thinking alongside Co-creation and Agile Software Development (ASD). Design Thinking is used to understand customer needs, outline requirements, and design superior features that fulfill these needs. Co-creation encourages collaboration with customers and relevant units during the development process, while ASD is used to make the product development process more efficient. The research results show that using Design Thinking, Co-Creation, and ASD approaches in developing the GTS platform yields a development process centered around customer needs, resulting in features such as login, payments, domestic and foreign transfers/remittances, payroll, dashboard, monitoring system, and Ziswaf (charity) that meet customer needs, have unique Sharia characteristics, are competitive, and are developed quickly with good quality. The Ziswaf feature is an example of successful application of Design Thinking, Co-creation, and ASD, effectively accommodating customer needs and becoming a leading feature not found in competitors' platforms. With features developed using these methods, BUMN Syariah now has a GTS platform with feature capabilities on par with competitors' platforms, meeting customer needs, and possessing unique leading features, all within a short development timeframe.
