Abstract

Dalam proses fabrikasi struktur lepas pantai tipe jacket, ada beberapa tahapan yang harus dilakukan, salah satunya yaitu proses upending jacket structure. Pada kasus proses upending jacket structure OSS terjadi permasalahan pada pengaruh lingkungan yaitu angin yang dapat mempengaruhi proses operasi upending, sehingga terjadi penambahan beban pada objek ketika sedang proses lifting. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis upending pada struktur jacket dengan variasi kenaikan sudut upending yaitu 0˚, 30˚, 45˚, 60˚, 75˚, 77˚ 80˚, 90˚dan final lifting. Pemodelan dan analisis struktur jacket menggunakan software SACS untuk mengetahui respon struktur jacket dan reaksi yang terjadi. Kemudian, analisis dilanjutkan pada struktur trunnion dengan mencari tegangan lokal dengan Metode Elemen Hingga dengan menggunakan software ANSYS. Pemodelan dari struktur trunnion menggunakan software inventor dan meshing pada struktur trunnion dilakukan menggunakan software ANSYS mechanical untuk mendapatkan Von Mises stress dan maksimum unity check pada struktur. Pada analisis upendiing diperoleh respon struktur jacket tidak mengalami kegagalan dengan maksimum unity check yaitu 0,607 dan unity check maksimum untuk joint strength yaitu 0,956. Untuk analisis kecepatan angin maksimum yang diizinkan untuk operational adalah 8,89 m/s. Pada analisis ini hasil dari respon angin tidak berpengaruh besar, hanya saja beban struktur bertambah akibat respon angin yang mengenai struktur pada saat final lifting sebesar 283,08 kN. Pada analisis lokal untuk struktur trunnion diperoleh lokasi kritis pada trunnion 1 dengan nilai unity check 0,691 dan Von Mises stress pada struktur trunnion sebesar 114,55 MPa.

In the process of fabricating type offshore structures jacket, There are several stages that must be carried out, one of which is the process upending jacket structure. In the case of process upending jacket structure OSS problems occur due to environmental influences, namely wind which can affect the operating process upending, so that there is an additional load on the object while it is being processed. In this research, analysis was carried out on structure jacket with varying angle increments upending namely 0˚, 30˚, 45˚, 60˚, 75˚, 77˚ 80˚, 90˚ and final lifting. Structural modeling and analysis jacket use software SACS to determine the structural response jacket and the reactions that occur. Then, the analysis continues on the structure trunnion by finding local stresses using the Finite Element Method software ANSYS. Modeling of structures trunnion use software inventor and meshing on structure trunnion using software ANSYS mechanical to get Von Mises stress and maximum unity check on structure. On analysis upendiing structural response is obtained jacket did not experience failure with a maximum unity check of 0.607 and a maximum unity check for joint strength of 0.956. For analysis, the maximum wind speed permitted for operations is 8.89 m/s. In this analysis, the results of the wind response do not have a major influence, only the structural load increases due to the wind response hitting the structure at that time final lifting amounting to 283.08 kN. On local analysis for structures trunnion critical location is obtained trunnion 1 with value unity check 0.691 dan Von Misesstress on structuretrunnion amounting to 114.55 MPa.
